ParticipantHi Geoff,
Thank you! I guess I still am not seeing it working because the cost still says free even though I have added the product. What am I missing? Do I need to remove the Ticket RSVP? I think there are a few steps I am still missing.
Thanks,
B.

MemberGood evening B.,
Let’s see what is going on then.
Just to make sure, can you confirm you did swap your theme’s functions.php file with mine ?And just to be extra sure, did you unzip that file first ?
With that in mind, could you please tell me which product you just added so that I can take a look at it and see what is going on ?
Hang in there!

ParticipantHello Geoff,
No sir, I did not add anything as I had asked you if you would. I am not comfortable doing it, so could you and let me know when I can test again because I think I have other troubles and need to see why the page isn’t changing. I am trying to hang in there.
Thanks,
B.

MemberGood evening B.,
I am terribly sorry for the misunderstanding.
Let me clarify.Unfortunately, I cannot change these files directly on your server.
That is due to our company liability and support policies. But, I can provide you the modified file (which I did).
If you are not confortable changing the file on your server using FTP or File Manager, perhaps you could reach out to your web hosting provider?
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Ok, I understand and will give it a shot. Do I need to unzip the folder and upload a single file or are there multiple files?
Thanks,
B.
