ParticipantHi, after users purchase tickets on our website, the admin associated with the account isn’t receiving the purchase notification email. We’re unsure how to fix this, please help us with this issue asap. Thank you.

MemberGood afternoon Michael and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. In some cases the WooCommerce emails associated to tickets get blocked along the way.
There are a couple of thing to do to tackle this:- Review your settings at the bottom of the Events -> Settings -> Tickets page and make sure they reflect the correct order status triggers.
- You can have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether.
Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.
Finally, there is currently an incompatibility between our plugins and WooCommerce 3.2.x.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released.
In the meantime, the workaround is to downgrade to WooCommerce version 3.1.2
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Michael,
Thank you for writing back.
Is there a reason there’s no settings in here to place email?
For the moment, this is standard behaviour.
We might add this as a feature down the road. The good news is that provided you have the correct version of the plugins AND maybe a smtp email plugin installed, everything should work as intended.
If you do have additional email settings needs, we have a couple of snippets available to help with that.
I also removed the “Correct answer” as per your request.
Have a good weekend,
Geoff B.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. Thanks so much!
