MemberGood evening Doris,
I am super stoked to hear that you got things working on your end!
Currently, your license is tied to enfold.coaching-mit-phantasie.de
The good news is that you can move your license around: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
If that does not work, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Joël.
Without taking a look at the files, it’s hard to say what is going on exactly.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Hang in there!

Typically, such issues are caused by the fact that the Events Calendar Pro plugin has not been downloaded, installed and activated.
You need both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro active to gain access to the Events Calendar Pro’s functionality and license key validation.
Hang in there!

I would love to help you with this topic.Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.single-tribe_events .fusion-events-featured-image h2.tribe-events-single-event-title {
font-size: 20px !important;
}Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic.which template/file to adjust to remove the feature that fades out the previous events and week day numbers when looking at a particular month?
This is actually handled through CSS classes. More specifically, the .tribe-events-past class and .tribe-events-future classes.
In order to gain full power on your site’s look and feel, I would highly recommend reading the following articles:

Secondly, I just created a test account and a test event (far in the future) for the purpose of troubleshooting things. You might want to delete those once the issues are solved.
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.tribe-community-events-content .tribe-nav .table-menu-wrapper a.tribe-button-tertiary {
margin: 0px;
}Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic.The simplest way to remove the description from the photo view is to do a custom view.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.Basically:
- Find the view file
- Download it
- Remove the tribe-events-list-photo-description div
- Upload the modified file back in the proper path in the /tribe-events/ folder of your WordPress theme.
As an alternative, you could try the CSS found in the following thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/remove-description-from-photo-layout/
Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Alas, our plugins refund policy only extends to 30 days after the purchase.
With that in mind, I am curious to know what type of feeds you are referring to exactly ?
Perhaps there is a way for us to help you with that need.1) can we export current events and will you refund the lic fee so we can proceed with another calendar?
Events can be exported using WordPress built-in export tool.
It can also be exported using RSS feeds https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/subscribing-calendars-via-rss/Finally, some people simply use third-party plugins that handle custom post types.
2) can you suggest a calendar besides Google that offers iCal feed updates so it will sync with iphone/android
Although I would love to help you further here, my hands are a bit tied.
Especially provided the fact that we offer that very functionality via our Event Aggregator service: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.
Best regards,

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.Has this issue now been dealt with? I can see it’s no longer listed under “known issues”.
Yes absolutely. There are no outstanding issues with Divi at this point.
With that in mind, it is always a good idea to use the following extension if you are a Divi user: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/elegant-themes-divi-theme-compatibility/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
