    HELP! I wanted to submit a TECHNICAL TICKET, but am told I DON’T have an account (when I do). TODAY I made a purchase and received an email with a layout showing my Order #1365657 for Events Calendar Pro – Personal for $89.
    Your email includes a link to Download the plugin. But it doesn’t work. It results in an obscure code error: {“code”:”rest_forbidden”,”message”:”Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.”,”data”:{“status”:403}}

    Just make sure you login with the same email account used for the purchase ([email protected])

    NO, what you suggested doesn’t work.

    If you go to My Account where the Profile Details is displayed, the Email* (required) field has lops filled in as the email address. It will not allow me to change this. And lops is the username that does allow me to log in.

    NOTE: I am the web developer for the purchase below by Marylou Colver ([email protected] ). I am the one who submitted the support ticket in her behalf.

    I’m still stuck and have been unable to download the purchased file.

    I cannot login using the email you indicated, [email protected] (says Error: A user could not be found with this email address.)

    I can however login using lops as the username.

    But when I login successfully using lops, the My Account —> Downloads page says

    “Looks like you don’t have any downloads. Want one? Why not buy one of our plugins! ”

    This is very frustrating. You have my money and the charge went through.

    Here is the info I used to create the account:

    This is very odd and I totally get how this can be frustrating.

    With that in mind, I did a couple of things:

    1. I changed the email to [email protected] on the profile
    2. I looked at the profile and noticed that in spite of a valid purchase, the license key did not get generated. I fixed that for you as well. You should now see the license.

    I am not sure what happened there, but I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Hopefully you can now simply enjoy the Events Calendar Pro.
