Is there a reason there’s no settings in here to place email?
For the moment, this is standard behaviour.
We might add this as a feature down the road.The good news is that provided you have the correct version of the plugins AND maybe a smtp email plugin installed, everything should work as intended.
If you do have additional email settings needs, we have a couple of snippets available to help with that.
I also removed the “Correct answer” as per your request.

Without looking at your files and config, it is a bit hard to say what is going on.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Could you also please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

As promised, I ran some tests on my end.
Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce the issue on my end.However, the good news is that there are a number of things we can do to troubleshoot this further:
- Try upgrading the PHP version as suggested earlier
- Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if that helps (you might want to use a “Maintenance Page” plugin for that purpose)
- Try completely deactivating all changes performed by W3 Total Cache one by one to see if that helps
- Try removing the month cache view under Events -> Settings -> Display
- Try updating to a more recent version of Visual Composer or at least temporarily deactivating it.
Let me know how that goes.

You are right. They use different stylesheets and sometimes different CSS classes.
There are 2 ways we can go about fixing this:
- You activate the Defaults Events Template and let me take a look at it (or inspect the page yourself).
In order to gain full power on your site’s look and feel, I would highly recommend reading the following articles:
- I can install your WordPress theme on my test server.

Thank you for writing back.
I am sorry my answer did not help fix the issue.If you go to My Account where the Profile Details is displayed, the Email* (required) field has lops filled in as the email address. It will not allow me to change this.
This is very odd and I totally get how this can be frustrating.
With that in mind, I did a couple of things:
- I changed the email to [email protected] on the profile
- I looked at the profile and noticed that in spite of a valid purchase, the license key did not get generated. I fixed that for you as well. You should now see the license.
I am not sure what happened there, but I apologize for the inconvenience.
Hopefully you can now simply enjoy the Events Calendar Pro.

Thank you for writing back.
Default order status Paypal: 0 tickets – cart empty (if that’s what you mean).
Actually I meant what is the order status under WooCommerce > Orders once a transaction goes through Paypal. Typically, that is “Processing”.
The reason I am asking is because if somehow, the order status is not set to “Complete”, the tickets will not be sent (based on your settings at the bottom of Events -> Settings -> Tickets).
Keep me posted on the last point.
2 other things worth checking out:
- Has the payment processed at the Paypal level (can you see it when logging to Paypal) for that transaction ?
- Can you see if the return URL is properly defined in the Paypal settings ?

Thank you for the files. I will run some tests and get back to you today (Friday) with my findings.
Kelli is absolutely right, these changes are usually done server-side.
Depending on your web hosting company and the type of CPanel you are using the location of this option might vary.In doubt, simply contact their support team to get them to help you upgrade.
