MemberGood evening Adam and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about this issue creeping back in.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made. Finally, could you deactivate the Enable Month view cache under Events -> Settings -> Display to see if that helps.
Hang in there!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the emails not sending properly.
I would love to help you with this topic. When this type of issue arises, it means that the email is getting blocked at some level.
The simplest solution is to have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether.
Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.
Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. You found the perfect plugin to fix the issue. Kudos!
The other solution is to go through every media that triggers mixed-content messages and manually adjust them to https.

MemberGood evening Vilmantas and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.I believe the following article will answer your question perfectly: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/can-you-have-multiple-calendars/
Additionally, you will probably very interested in our upcoming big thing that will be perfect for that: http://m.tri.be/19qc
As far as the Muffin builder is concerned, there are no known issues with it at the moment of writing. I guess it all depends on the level of integration you are looking for.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. You have a couple of options to achieve this:
- Use a WooCommerce plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-show-hide-terms-and-conditions/
- Use Event Tickets Plus additional attendee info to add a checkbox saying just that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic. In order to gain full power on your site’s look and feel, I would highly recommend reading the following articles:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wordpress-customizer/ (Avada has its own Customizer including for the Events Calendar – so that won’t work with your current theme)
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-fonts-and-colours/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/styling-events-widgets/
With that in mind, I believe the 3 CSS elements you are looking for are:
- .tribe-mini-calendar .tribe-events-othermonth and .tribe-mini-calendar .tribe-events-othermonth
- body .tribe-mini-calendar-event h2 a
- .tribe-mini-calendar-event .list-info .tribe-events-duration
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Felicity,
I am glad you are making progress.
Just to avoid confusion, the only reason you might need the license key is to be able to update the plugins from the wp-admin > plugins menu.In other words, if you do not need to update “automatically” on your dev environment, you can forget about the license keys altogether.
With that in mind, here is our best tutorial to move license keys around: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
That way you can still work with a dev site, even if you do not have a .staging or .test domain name
To answer your question more specifically, these domains can be used as long as you are:
- Using a local install (e.g.: Local by Flywheel)
- Using a subdomain that contains “words” such as “test” or “staging”
But as I said, you should not overly worry about this, the license key is not necessary for the plugins to work.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Jaakko,
I am super stoked to hear that this fixed things.
Current WPML compatibility of Event Tickets Plus is still limited.
But we are making some progress with the overall compatibility of our plugins (we just added Filter bar to the list). But stay tuned!
