    We have been using the Pro version of The Events Calendar and recently have received many requested that Hockey members and their families, coaches, etc. needed the ability to subscribe to feeds. We didn’t realize this was such an important need earlier in the most testing phase and before the teams/members started effectively using it. We will have to switch calendars to meet the requirements of members request.
    1) can we export current events and will you refund the lic fee so we can proceed with another calendar?
    2) can you suggest a calendar besides Google that offers iCal feed updates so it will sync with iphone/android

    Thank you, I’m sorry and I’m hoping you can assist with this. We did make a good effort to setup and start using. Also, we are a non-profit.

    Alas, our plugins refund policy only extends to 30 days after the purchase.

    With that in mind, I am curious to know what type of feeds you are referring to exactly ?
    Perhaps there is a way for us to help you with that need.

    1) can we export current events and will you refund the lic fee so we can proceed with another calendar?

    Events can be exported using WordPress built-in export tool.
    It can also be exported using RSS feeds https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/subscribing-calendars-via-rss/

    Finally, some people simply use third-party plugins that handle custom post types.

    Although I would love to help you further here, my hands are a bit tied.

    Especially provided the fact that we offer that very functionality via our Event Aggregator service: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/

    I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.
