ParticipantHi there,
Just bought a new license for EC Pro, but something weird is going on: I can’t find the place to insert my license key and change the pro settings. Now I vaguely remember something about making some settings invisible for non-admins, but I’m not sure if this was for EC Pro, and if so, how to access them myself again…
Any help is appreciated!Best regards,

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I believe going step-by-step through the following primer should fix the issue: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/events/events-calendar-pro/
Let me know how that goes.

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Thx for replying. I followed the link and saw a lot of threads on the screen, but none that addressed my issue, as far as I could see. Do you have another hint for me?
Cheers!

MemberGood evening Ronald,
Thank you for writing back.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Typically, such issues are caused by the fact that the Events Calendar Pro plugin has not been downloaded, installed and activated.
You need both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro active to gain access to the Events Calendar Pro’s functionality and license key validation.
Hang in there!

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Thx for responding.
I’m would really like to send you the info, but this is exactly where I can’t access the settings- and admin area: there is no help and sysinfo link in my admin:
