ParticipantI am about to launch a site for a client tomorrow & went to test something tonight that previously worked (I think). As of right now, only the first ticket type on an event will actually add to the cart. I have events with both “member” and “guest” ticket types. Whether I am logged in or out, only the “member” ticket type adds to the cart successfully, on any event. If I try to add a guest ticket, I am redirected to the cart but it says it is empty.
Can you please let me know if this is something I can fix through a setting? I haven’t changed anything & it used to work… I did updated to WC 3.2 and I don’t have the previous version to downgrade to so I don’t know if that’s the issue…
Here’s the production site: https://swc.fullcyclecreative.com
You can go to any of the “luncheon” type tickets and try to add a member or a guest ticket. If you try to do JUST the guest ticket, it won’t add.
I am using the WC Product Add-on Forms plugin, but again, I was using this & it worked before. Even if you try to add both a member AND a guest ticket, the guest type won’t add.
Any ideas?? I am meeting with my client tomorrow & we are supposed to launch! Why does this stuff always happen right before launch!? đ
Thank you!!

ParticipantJust to update: I went to the April Luncheon and added another test ticket type. It’s now the “first” in the list (ie., the most recent created). Now it’s the only one that will add to the cart. The member and guest types will not add.
This seems to be some weird thing where only the most recently created ticket type actually adds to the cart.
Any ideas??? Thank you!

ParticipantOne more update: I went thru and deactivated all 44 active plugins. Turns out is IS the IgniteWoo.com Product Add-on Forms plugin. Which I PAID for. And it worked for what it was supposed to do, but apparently it is not compatible with your plugin. Any insight as to why?
It’s a plugin that allows me to add a custom add-on form to a WC product to take extra information. It’s vital to my site.
I can look for an alternative, but I already paid for this one… any help is appreciated. Thanks.

MemberGood evening Sarah and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
We are actively working on a solution for this.Alas, I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as itâs in the development teamâs hands now.
The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available which should be very soon.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. In the meantime, we recommend downgrading WooCommerce to version 3.1.2
You can get that version here:Â https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

ParticipantThank you. I will be awaiting a fix anxiously. In the meantime, I downgraded WC to 3.1.2 as recommended. I tried re-activating the glitchy form add-on plugin to see if downgrading WC helped, but it did not. Same behavior. Only the first ticket type will add to the cart. Very frustrating. I have reached out to the plugin’s maker as well to see if they have any ideas.

MemberGood evening Sarah,
Thank you for writing back.
I am sorry to hear that downgrading did not fix the issue.Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme and child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made. While you are at it, I would like to take a look at the plugin in question if you do not mind.
At the very least, we could disable it on tickets products specifically (as Event Tickets Plus should already provide you with the ability to capture additional info for tickets. You also said that this used to work. Do you have any idea when it last worked?
Hang in there!

ParticipantThank you. I had to go ahead and disable the other plugin and use a different one that worked. I wasnât trying to add additional fields for tickets, they were for other non-ticket products that I also sell on the same site using woocommerce.
My problem is fixed now, but if youâre interested in looking into the conflict in the future, itâs with a plugin called Product Add-on Forms by IgniteWoo.

MemberGood afternoon Sarah,
I am super stoked that you were able to find a solution that works for you.
To your point, I believe that we could create a snippet that deactivates that plugin on ticket products and ticket-related pages.
You are welcome back in our support forums any time đ
For now, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great week!
Geoff B.
