MemberGood evening Doug,
You are 100% right.
The result of that test indicates that you have to take a look at the changes done in the /tribe-events/ folder of your child theme.
And the best way to get to the bottom of this is indeed to compare each of your customized file against the basic one and reintroduce the changes one-by-one.
Once you find the faulty function call(s), you could let me know what they are. I could run them by Dev.
You can also look at the use of our functions and see how they are different in our documentation: https://theeventscalendar.com/functions/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Gerardo,
Thank you for writing back.
- I believe you might be right. I believe the date format might be coming from the theme or your child theme. A quick test could be to revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty sixteen and see if that works. If not, I would check to see if Loco Translate is not “taking over”.
- Awesome!
- That is a great question. Before you begin, you might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how customizations work. In fact, this is exactly how Eventica customized our Calendar.
To make a long story short, you need to tweak the day view template file and add some conditionals in there.
It is worth noting that changing that view will not only change the shortcode version of it, but the actual “real” day view as well.
If coding is not really your thing, you can always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening all,
Thank you for your engagement level.
This is totally my fault. My apologies.
In the previous CSS rule, I accidentally added an extra { bracket.
This, of course, broke the rule.I have corrected it and tested it successfully.
You can see the updated code here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/mobile-responsiveness-of-tickets-plus-plug-in/#post-1221986
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Damien,
Well done!
And most of all, thank you for sharing this solution for all to use.
You are right, whenever you can, using the child theme’s functions.php is the way to go.

MemberDear Hovig,
Awesome job finding a solution that works on your install!
I was going to suggest, adding “!important” in the CSS rule, but your solution is much better.

MemberGood evening Neil,
Thank you for your answer.
That is a very valuable find that might allow us to find a new glitch (which is the first step to fixing it, as you know).
I will bring this to dev for testing and get back to you shortly.
Thank you once again,
Geoff B.Geoff B.
MemberGood evening George,
This is proving to be a tough one to pinpoint.
Once again our apologies for that.At this point, if you could provide a database dump in a private reply, we could take a look at this from an almost identical setup.
This will also allow investigation of the database.
On your end, what would be really helpful is if you could try this very same clone on a local or a fresh network install (without the data) and see if you can still reproduce the issue.
I realize this takes time, but I truly believe we should not rule out every chance we have of finding the cause together.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberHello again Greg,
You are absolutely right!
This bug seems to have crept in again.I have been able to reproduce the bug.
I will relay this to our Dev immediately. As for your PS, I will make sure the message gets fixed.
I am not sure why the system sharing is not working at this time on your install. But you can still use the “Copy” button found on that screen and paste in a private reply for now.
That will certainly help with that.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Greg,
First of all, let me take a moment to wish you a happy new year.
All the best to you.As for your question, this specific feature is still on our to-do list and we are still working with the WPML team to increase compatibility between our plugins.
The top priority for now is releasing full Event Tickets Plus and Event Tickets Compatibility.
All resources are dedicated to that and to fixing any bug that might arise in the meantime.Sadly, before this is completed, it is unlikely that the other feature will be addressed.
I realize this must be quite frustrating for WPML customers such as yourself.
Thank you for your patience as we try to juggle several important new features requests.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Cyril and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about this odd behaviour on your site!
I would love to help you with this topic.I went ahead and took a look at https://adventureracehub.com/adventureracescalendar.
You are right, the list view only displays excerpts.
From there, I clicked on the “Find out more” link and was brought to https://adventureracehub.com/race/big-chill-8-4-hour-adventure-races/
In the end single-event page, I could see the full description.
Here are 2 things that might help:
- I would recommend deactivating and removing the Event Rocket plugin completely. This plugin is known to break with the Events Calendar family plugins since 4.x+. The vast majority of its features are now built-in in our other plugins.
- You can control how the excerpt displays. I would recommend reading this: https://theeventscalendar.com/the-trouble-with-excerpts/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Ilkka and welcome back!
I totally understand what you are trying to achieve.
I would like to help you achieve that specific goal.As a starting point, can you confirm that you have read the following 2 articles ?
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/can-you-have-multiple-calendars/
As a second step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Finally, could you please share a specific URL where you are seeing this behaviour (to ensure we are starting from the same example) ?

MemberGood evening Jan and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing a similar glitch as our other customer. Yikes!
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
We are actively working on a fix for this.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point.
But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.
In the meantime, if you have not already, I would recommend downgrading to the previous version of the plugin: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
To help us test our fix better, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply by copy-pasting the information manually (as can be seen in the following link)?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
It seems that the plugin information from your current installation is not making it to our servers using the “automatic” share system information option.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

We are sorry to hear about the link to your event being broken. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing I would recommend is going through the following suggestions: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/fixing-http-404-errors/
If that does not solve it, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Let me know how that goes.
