MemberGood evening Sylvanus and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the license key issue you are facing.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first step, could you provide me with a screenshot (in a private reply) of your Events -> Settings -> Licenses screen.
After taking a look at your license key, it appears that you have purchased personal licenses to http://srv01.servweb.net/
For several reasons, when a personal license key is entered on multisite install, this prevents automatic updates from happening. You can read about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/multisite-license/
In other words, you can still use your personal license on 1 of the individual domains on the multisite network. But, you will need to perform the update, hence the message.
If, on the other hand, you actually intend to use these plugins on more than 1 domain AND want access to automatic updates, you will need to upgrade to a multisite license on one or many of these licenses (depending on your situation).
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. What is most likely going on is that your WordPress theme is programmed to return the title “Archive” whenever it detect archive type pages.
The first thing I would try is to change the setting for “Events Template” under Events -> Settings -> Display and see if that helps.
If it does not, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberHello again iman,
I believe that the issue comes from our last update.
More specifically, some of our language files were not updated in the latest release. This is impacting Core, Pro, Community and Community Tickets.
The workaround for now will be to update the po file from the pot file
This can be done in Poedit using Catalog > Update from pot fileThe good news is that this should be fixed in the maintenance release scheduled later this week.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We are sorry to hear about the maps no longer displaying properly on your site. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing I would recommend is to upgrade all of your the Events Calendar plugins to their latest versions (as it seems you are a couple of versions behind).
Secondly, can you confirm that you have indeed entered your Google Maps API following these instructions: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/ ?
Hang in there!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
We are actively working on a fix for this.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point.
But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.Thank you for your patience as we see this through.
In the meantime, I would recommend to either:
- Deactivate this option completely
- If you want to achieve similar results, downgrade both Event Tickets Plus and Event Tickets to their previous versions: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
- Once the downgrade is complete, you could add the following snippet to your theme’s functions.php: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/automatically-complete-orders/
Let me know how that goes.

January 24, 2017 at 9:00 pm in reply to: event posts with images — text wraps differently than other events on page #1223361Geoff B.
MemberGood evening Josh and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the text not wrapping up to your liking on your website.
I would love to help you with this topic. The display does depend on a couple of things:
- Each theme’s specific CSS
- Your setting under Events -> Settings -> Display for “Events template”
- Your setting under Events -> Settings -> Display for Default stylesheet used for events templates
Before doing anything else, I would advise trying out different settings from points 2 and 3.
More specifically, I believe that switching to “Full styles” should provide you with better results than Tribe Events Style. As for the CC, unfortunately, our interface does not allow us to loop-in additional recipients on threads.
However, if they have an account on this site, they can “subscribe” to threads.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Luthfi and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. This is subject to change, but the tentative date for 4.5 is somewhere in March.
In the meantime, it is possible to partially use Event Tickets Plus with WPML.
However, the downside is that for now there is no way to create a truly multilingual ticket. The end result is 1 distinct ticket for each language. This means that no sync of stock is possible until full compatibility becomes a reality.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.Actually, you should be able to add additional fields on the tickets by using Event Tickets Plus.
In other words, if I understand what you want to achieve correctly, you do not need to purchase the Events Calendar Pro.To achieve that, I would recommend reading the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Shadi,
I see your point. I was merely trying to rule out all possibilities.
In that spirit, there is actually a customer that did adapt that snippet to do exactly that (if you want to give it a shot to humour me : https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-to-create-the-tickets-as-products-ready-for-shipping-not-virtual/#post-1222837 )If not, until the fix is released, could you confirm if, at this point, you are using Event Tickets Plus 4.3.5 or 4.4 ? I might have an idea for a workaround.

MemberGood evening Steph,
Thank to your answer, I could perform some additional tests.
I am able to pull both events from your FB page and they do indeed appear correctly on my site.
I am wondering if your caching plugin (at least with it’s current settings) is not getting in the way ?You could try deactivating it and running the import manually again to see if that helps.
Could you also try to see what is your setting under Events -> Settings -> Import (forEvent Update Authority) ? Make sure it is set to overwrite.
Let me know how that goes.

For now, I am going to close this thread.

MemberGood evening Valentina,
I am sorry this did not fix the issue for you!
This could be caused by a couple of reasons.
First, you need to make sure that there are no italian language files for our plugin in /wp-content/languages/ or /wp-content/languages/plugins
If there are, they will override the ones you replaced in /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/lang/Secondly, after these changes, you will need to re-save your permalinks (WP admin > General > Permalinks).
Finally, if none of that works, a temporary workaround would be to use a redirection plugin.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Chris,
Thank you for writing back.
I forgot to mention. When you change the Create recurring events in advance for setting under Events -> Settings -> General, you will actually need to “Update” the recurring event so that it can create those additional events.
In any case, it looks like this is now a thing of the past 🙂
Let us know if we can assist you further with this.
Cheers,
Geoff B.Geoff B.
MemberGood evening Keith,
Thank you for writing back.
The first thing I would recommend is to upgrade Event Tickets Plus and Event Tickets to their latest version (4.4 and 4.4.0.1).
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.tribe-events-tickets td {
text-align: left;
}Let me know how that goes.
