MemberGood evening Shannon and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. To be able to embed single events you simply need to paste the event URL in any WordPress page or post. You can read about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/inserting-calendar-content-posts-pages/#single-events
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic. You could simply download our demo theme here: http://wpshindig.com/download-mt-demo-theme/
It might not be 100% identical, but it’s quite close.
Of course, you could then customize things with the settings under Events -> Settings -> Display and using the WordPress customizer.Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the cost field disappearing on you. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. The short answer is no, this is not normal.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
It could be due to:
- A theme conflict. Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
- A version mismatch in the different plugins
- A conflict with another plugin.
Let me know how that goes.

Finally, please try to temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.Based on what you are describing, it sound like your client might be interested in the 2 following things:
- Our Community Events premium add-on: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events/
This lets people enter and manage their events using the front-end.
By default user see all of their events. You would simply need to “hide” the global calendar.
- Controlling who can view certain events can be accomplished with a plugin such as members: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/admin-roles-and-permissions/
Finally, our plugins are highly customizable.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you are experimenting with tickets emails.
I would love to help you with this topic.Normally, all tickets are sent based on the rules you have established under Events -> Settings -> Tickets (scroll all the way down to the bottom).
By default, the ticket is sent once the WooCommerce order status is set to “complete”.
You can also have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether. This makes the whole system reliable on all web servers.
Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Francisco and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about error 404 you are getting for the “all events” link of recurring events.
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing I am noticing is that http://galateaterapias.com/actividad/curso-coaching-espiritual/all/ works.
This means that:
- You should try re-saving your permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and hitting the save button
- There is an issue in one of your language files (either for the Events Calendar or for the Events Calendar Pro). After fixing this, you should re-save your permalinks.
When translation file strings are not kicking in, it is usually caused by one of the following things:
- Your translation files are not up to date
- You are using some customized translation files that have been placed in the /wp-content/languages/ or /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder. These might not be updated and will override any other file.
- The strings are translated, but are considered “fuzzy”
In the first 2 cases, the solution is to update your translation files using the pot file. You can do this by using the Poedit software and heading to Catalog > Update from pot file.
In the last case, you will need to make them “unfuzzy” using Poedit.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon George,
Thank you for the files.
As I suspected, these language files are really in need for an updated (a lot of obsolete and a lot of new strings).I totally understand that this works fine on your other sites, but I believe we should focus on making this specific site work. What is probably going on is that the other sites are not as impacted by these older language files than a fresh new install.
Either way, this leaves you with the following options:
- Update these language files using Poedit and the “Update from POT” option, making sure that all strings are cleared and are not fuzzy.
- If you do not have personalized translation, after a backup, you could simply erase the language files found under /wp-content/languages/ or /wp-content/languages/plugins/ (note that there should be only 1 set of files in there) which will result in wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/lang/ AND wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/lang/ files (which are up to date) to kick-in
- Simply use string translation to “fill in the gaps” (with your current WPML setting, string translation has the top priority).
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon Victoria,
Kudos on finding the cause of the issue.
The short answer is that most theme conflicts are fixable in some way shape or form.
Can you tell me if you are using the very latest version of that theme ?Just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues.
We unfortunately do not provide complete support for theme conflicts. In other words, once we establish the cause, you might have to reach out to the theme’s author.
With that in mind, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Could you also please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Hang in there!

MemberGood afternoon Paula,
Awesome!
Just to clarify, you will need to remove the code that hides the quantity selector for all products and use the snippet instead. If that does not work, please forward me a copy of your theme.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon Mark,
The idea would be to replace the tribe_event_is_all_day by something like tribe_is_recurring_event (or some way that targets recurring events specifically).
Once you tweak the code to your liking you apply the snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top) pretty much anywhere in the file, as long as it’s not in the middle of another piece of code (some people use the end of the file).
If coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
