    Hi there,
I’m having some issues when we try to view all the events of a recurring event. When we clic on “View all” a page 404 appears.

    You can try here:
    http://galateaterapias.com/actividad/curso-coaching-espiritual/2017-06-19/

    Please clic on “(Ver todas)”.

    Thanks in advance.
    Best Regards.

Good evening Francisco and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about error 404 you are getting for the “all events” link of recurring events.
I would love to help you with this topic.

The first thing I am noticing is that http://galateaterapias.com/actividad/curso-coaching-espiritual/all/ works.

    This means that:

    1. You should try re-saving your permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and hitting the save button
    2. There is an issue in one of your language files (either for the Events Calendar or for the Events Calendar Pro). After fixing this, you should re-save your permalinks.

When translation file strings are not kicking in, it is usually caused by one of the following things:

    1. Your translation files are not up to date
    2. You are using some customized translation files that have been placed in the /wp-content/languages/ or /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder. These might not be updated and will override any other file.
    3. The strings are translated, but are considered “fuzzy”

In the first 2 cases, the solution is to update your translation files using the pot file. You can do this by using the Poedit software and heading to Catalog > Update from pot file.

In the last case, you will need to make them “unfuzzy” using Poedit.

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Good evening!
thanks a lot for your support.

Now the “view all” link is working properly.

But I don’t know wich “.po” file I have to work with: ¿”Event Calendar”
or “Event Calendar Pro”? ¿Both? There are strings that I would like to
translate. We prefer to say “Actividad” instead of “Evento”. “Evento” is
the spanish translation of “Event”. I can’t translate it on the Calendar
    page, for example (http://galateaterapias.com/actividades/).

    Thanks again.
    Best regards.

    Good evening Francisco,

I am glad you found a solution to the “view all” link.

The simple answer is you have to make sure that strings are translated to your liking in both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro.

Depending on the context, the plugins will use one or the other of those language files.

You might also be interested in the following approach: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!
