I’m glad that solved the issue for you.

I’m going to Close this thread, since we always want to keep threads to a single question/topic.

If you do have additional questions (e.g. an error you’re seeing), please open a new thread.

    Thank you.

    Hi, dd.

It sounds like you do not have The Events Calendar core/free plugin installed and activated. If you do, please deactivate it and re-activate it.

Please let me know how this goes for you.

Hi, Aaron. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

This isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

Also, when sending a screenshot of any console errors, please include the location of those files (by hovering over “widgets.php:3098” for example). (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

    Hi, Christopher.

iCal Importer has been replaced by Event Aggregator, which is why a license for that was added to your account at the time you purchased iCal Importer (during its transition/phase-out period).

If you share your specific links (and maybe even an annotated screenshot or video screen capture), it might help communicate what you’re seeing and what exactly the issue is so I can better understand the issue and how I might be able to help.

    Thank you.

    Hi, Dan.

When I visit https://www.facebook.com/fondationcancer/events/ in the browser, it redirects me to https://www.facebook.com/pg/fondationcancer/events/

However, regardless of which two of these I put into Event Aggregator, they both return the same results: https://cl.ly/3g0u233r2B22

I’d suggest going into your Event Aggregator settings (wp-admin > Events > Settings > APIs tab) and disconnecting Facebook and then reconnecting it.

Please let me know how this goes for you.

Gotcha. That bug should be fixed this week or next week. Sorry you’re affected by it.

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Hi again.

Sorry you’re still dealing with this.

I don’t know how or why it would say you’re not on the latest versions, but it sounds like you’re doing everything correctly with moving the license keys.

However, I think it’s important for you to know that even if you didn’t have any license keys at wp-admin > Events > Settings > Licenses tab, everything will still fully work the same… it’ll even notify you that updates are available… you just won’t be able to receive/install the automatic updates until you input your valid license key.

Therefore, if your development/staging site is always created via a clone of your production site, since your production site was the one showing up as registered at https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, that’s what you’d want anyway… unless you’re specifically wanting to test the latest version update on your development site (like to see if anything breaks before updating on production).

If you really wanted to avoid this, you could upgrade your license from Personal (1 site) to Business (3 sites).

    Hi, Sasi.

Thanks for considering our plugin suite.

It sounds like you’d need our Community Tickets add-on, which requires several other of our add-ons. Therefore, we have a Community Manager Bundle.

Via Community Events, your users can add events to your site’s calendar, including modifying their previously-created events, all via the front-end, not via wp-admin.

Community Tickets brings Community Events together with Event Tickets Plus, which allows your event creators to sell tickets to their event (and you can take a cut of that revenue).

However, it does not enable QR Code check-ins for your event creators, since this requires Editor or Administrator access to wp-admin. You’re likely keeping your event creators as WordPress Subscribers or Authors.

You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    Hi, Mark.

    Thanks for the links.

This looks like a simple modification (just moving existing code around, since the start time on your calendar is displayed before the event title instead of below) via a template override for Month View. Our Themer’s Guide has specifics about how to do this.

Please let me know how this goes for you.

Hi. Thanks for your detailed question, and I’m sorry you’re experiencing this.

Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see.

Please keep an eye out and try to pinpoint when/where the debug error is thrown (e.g. creating a new recurring event, viewing a recurring event, viewing the main calendar, etc.)

Then I’ll see if I can recreate this issue.

    Thank you.

Hi, Pam. Our Themer’s Guide details where to locate your template override file.

Since each Event’s Featured Image is not part of the Event List widget, this would be a customization.

You could request this–maybe as a checkbox to include the Featured Image–as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

    Hi, Katrina.

Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite, particularly Event Tickets Plus.

At each event a user registers for, they can visit yoursite-com/event/the-event-title/tickets (adding “tickets” to the end of the URL) to see their tickets for that event.

However, there’s not a single place like yoursite-com/events/my-events to see all the events a user has registered for.

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Hi, Dan. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

I’d suggest making sure Events Calendar PRO is active. Once it is, please go to wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks and re-save Permalinks. Then they’ll hopefully work again.

Please let me know how this goes for you.

    Gotcha.

You claim “a plugin conflict” regarding the +/-, but did you isolate which plugin(s) or maybe your theme? (Please see my initial reply to this thread for full how-to steps.)
