Thumbnails in list view

Prior to adding the Pro version of the plugin, my featured images showed in the Upcoming Events list view widget. Now I only see a block displaying the date. I much seeing the thumbnail.

I’ve seen your post about editing templates, but I’m hoping there is a simpler way to accomplish this. Can you give me any direction?

If there’s no other way than to edit the template, I know how to go about locating it. However, I don’t know how or where to change the code to display the thumbnail instead of the date. Could you please assist?

Hi, Pam. Our Themer’s Guide details where to locate your template override file.

Since each Event’s Featured Image is not part of the Event List widget, this would be a customization.

You could request this–maybe as a checkbox to include the Featured Image–as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
