Hi, Lauren. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

    1)

You might try playing with this setting: wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab > “Events template” option — to see if changing it makes things work better for you — maybe being more integrated with your theme?

Please let me know how this goes for you.

    2)

Also, for your second issue of No Events Found notice, do you actually have events occurring in April?

If you think it would help after today (April 30), please also provide a link to your Events page so I can see the issue.

Hi, William. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

This isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

If you can’t figure out the issue, please post a link to a single event page where this is happening.

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

    Hi, Jason.

Thanks for sharing this code snippet. It’s using the TribeEvents class, which was deprecated since version 3.10 (a long time ago).

Please try replacing “TribeEvents” with “Tribe__Events__Main”

Please let me know how this goes for you.

Hi, Cody. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

While we don’t provide support for or guarantee compatibility with non-default WordPress themes (like Twenty Seventeen), I can suggest a few things:

Please deactivate all non-Modern Tribe plugins and custom code and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while navigating the front-end or wp-admin areas of your site.

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site, particularly on pages where you think Filter Bar should be appearing. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

If you can’t figure it out, please provide a link to your Events page where you think Filter Bar should be appearing, and also provide me a copy of the latest version of your theme so I can see if I can replicate the behavior on my local testing site.

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

    Hi, Wim.

Just to explore an alternative, what if you just give them a private WooCommerce coupon code?

When you see an order come through with this coupon code (or maybe there’s an automated way to do it), you could then add the 2nd half of the bill to their account — possibly by charging them for a hidden WooCommerce product that is not a Ticket.

Would that be a viable alternative for you?

Hi, Scott. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

There have been some different types of reports similar to yours, but nothing specific, really.

Do you have only these 2 scheduled imports?

Do they work sometimes but not always?

Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and see if any debug messages appear (look for a new file at /wp-content/debug.log) while navigating around the front-end and the wp-admin area of your site, including but not only the Event Aggregator import screens.

If you experience any WP_DEBUG messages, these will need to be resolved first. If you do not have any debug messages, then we’ll leave WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG true and wait for the scheduled imports to run and see if any such messages appear after they run.

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

    Hi, James / Chris.

I’m sorry you experienced this bug. I believe it’s still outstanding, but I’m not sure exactly which variation of it you were experiencing.

I’ve re-activated your licenses through the end of May 2017. You can auto-update the plugins on your site and/or download them.

Then, you’ll be able to test the latest versions and report any bugs if the variation you were experiencing is still affecting your operations.

Please let me know how this goes for you.

Jan, it looks like you’re seeking support, maybe for using our free/core The Events Calendar plugin, but posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.

We don’t answer support questions for The Events Calendar core/free or Event Tickets core/free or their paid add-ons in the Pre-Sales forum.

If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.

Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

Brian, I re-read your initial message; sorry about the misunderstanding.

We have a GoDaddy Managed WordPress Hosting account. I updated all of our plugins and themes before testing.

I reserved an RSVP ticket and it went through just fine, including showing an additional RSVP attendee and receiving the confirmation email. Note that we do not have an SMTP plugin active at this test site.

Since this isn’t currently a known issue and I wasn’t able to replicate it, please provide the following:

    • a link to view this event
    • a screenshot of the RSVP tickets’ settings for this event (wp-admin event edit screen)
    • if you tested both logged-in and logged-out
    • if you tested with a fresh web browser (cookies and cache cleared)

Assuming we cannot replicate this behavior, these are our recommended troubleshooting steps:

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

    Hi, Thomas.

    Thanks for your detailed request.

    Here’s how it works:

In other words, if it’s currently 2017 and an event starts and ends in 2017, it won’t display “2017”, but if it starts or ends in a year other than 2017, it’ll display the year.

Is this satisfactory to you? I ask because maybe you weren’t aware that other years do get their year displayed here.

    Hi, Mudit.

I visited that link, and, yes, it’s using our plugin suite, although its display of the events is highly-customized.

You can view our own demo site at https://wpshindig.com/events/

Our plugin suite really doesn’t have booking type features, but some users, like the one you linked to, do use it as such. For certain use cases, it works just fine.

For such a setup, yes, you’d likely want the two paid products you linked to:

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    Hi, Cy.

Unfortunately, I don’t think our product suite is the perfect fit for your project.

Of course, it could be customized to perform booking functionality, but we really don’t have booking type features.

I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/17858761-need-booking

Please do add your vote there. This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.

However, I doubt we’ll add such functionality anytime in the near future. If we did, it’d probably be years away.

If you really want to try to use our products for this project, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

And if you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    Hi, Ross.

    Thanks for the detailed report.

    1)

I tried replicating this at https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/ and the dates were accurate.

I created this test event: http://wpshindig.com/event/testing-a-multi-day-event/ (Los Angeles time zone, UTC-7), and here’s its test result, and a screenshot of the accurate start and end dates and times from that test result.

    2)

I tried replicating this behavior and couldn’t. Here’s a screenshot of me editing a published event that starts June 14, ends June 16, and modifying the end date to June 15 is not grayed out.

Maybe you clicked in the wrong box and accidentally trying to set a start date later than the end date?

Since I wasn’t able to reproduce either of the issues you’re experiencing, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
