MemberHi again. We’re glad to hear that you like our plugin suite, but you posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.
We don’t answer support questions for The Events Calendar core/free or Event Tickets core/free or their paid add-ons in the Pre-Sales forum.
If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.
Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

MemberHi, Francisco. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Please delete the Modern Tribe plugins that are not properly auto-updating for you and then re-install the latest version of each.
For your reference:
Please let me know how this goes for you.

Deleting The Events Calendar or its add-on plugins will NOT delete any of your data if you delete it via the WordPress plugin manager because that’s how we’ve decided to code our plugin.
FYI: deleting any plugin via FTP or cPanel’s File Manager (i.e. deleting just the files from the server) will also ensure a plugin gets deleted (if you delete the entire plugin folder) without removing any data from the database. This can sometimes be helpful to know in cases where a plugin does run an uninstall routine to delete data (again, our plugins do not run such a routine at this time and probably never will).
You can also see the difference when you click to delete a plugin, like this.

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I recently heard discussion that our password reset form “fails silently” when an unacceptable password is entered. Please try resetting your password to something other than what you tried in your previous attempts.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberHi. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
We do not have this exact functionality, but some users consider it good enough to at least have the correct “section”, like Orchestra $100, Mezzanine $75, Balcony $50 and you can upload an image to the ticket to give an idea where each is in your auditorium… but not an actual interactive seat map or “pick an exact seat” functionality. It’s not on our near-term to-do list; it may never be a feature we implement.
You can reference our existing feature request for it: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/5602596-tickets-venue-seating-chart-with-different-price
Please do add your vote there.
This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Rens.
No, we don’t currently have such functionality built-in, but you could emulate it by just putting the ticket price in a free ticket’s Description and then send them an invoice once it’s time to charge them — or something along this concept.
Your request might also be related to the idea of securing a deposit, one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/9057709-presales-pre-event-registration-place-deposit-for
Please do add your vote there if it’s applicable.

There might also be a WooCommerce plugin that could charge them on a later date, such as 5 days before the event. However, I’m unaware of such a one.

MemberHi, Sheila.
We have a known issue where the Attendee Meta fields don’t display (and don’t keep it from submitting these required fields) if the visitor does not have JavaScript enabled in their browser.
I’d guess this would be your issue, but you’ll have to test for yourself.
Here’s a video of the confirmed issue: https://cl.ly/0I0t0i430m0e
And here’s a code snippet to implement <noscript>:

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. However, I know it’s something they’re actively working on.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi, Rhonda.
Did you use our WordPress Customizer options to set your colors, or did you enter custom CSS somewhere? It sounds like the latter because you said “used the code found here” (maybe code you found throughout our forums?)
Besides coming up with the CSS rules required to make everything look great on a black/dark background, I’d also suggest trying out wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab > switch from Tribe Events style to Full Style or Skeleton Style. One of those 2 options might have less opinionated/complex CSS for you to have to override to get things looking good with your design.

MemberHi, Minor.
Our Filter Bar add-on makes it easy for your site visitors to filter by Event Category and in many other ways.
You can also go to wp-admin > Events > Event Categories and then click “View” under each category to learn what each category’s link is.
You might also benefit from one of these resources:

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

April 30, 2017 at 9:45 am in reply to: Event Calendar Pro Failed to accept brand new business licence #1276511Cliff
MemberNo worries at all, Stanley.
Yes, PRO is an add-on for The Events Calendar core/free plugin.
From your screenshot, please make sure you don’t have your license for PRO in the textbox for Event Aggregator.
Have a great week!
