    Dear Event Calendar,
    I am wanting to contact you about an issue I am having resetting my password. While using the contact form, I could not find the enter button to submit my message to you. Also, I need to reset my password, but when I follow the link to the reset page and enter text into the pswd field then the save button does not work. If I have not enter any text it works just fine, but not after. I have tried this on two different computers and two different browsers, same issue.

    Please let me know when I can reset my password.

    Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

    I recently heard discussion that our password reset form “fails silently” when an unacceptable password is entered. Please try resetting your password to something other than what you tried in your previous attempts.
