ParticipantWe are having a similar issue. For some reason for each event we post, there happens to be 2-3 customers who’s attendee information does not save. This proves to be an issue because we have customers who are purchasing the event for their employee and therefore we do not have the correct information for who is attending the event. Any thoughts?

We have a known issue where the Attendee Meta fields don’t display (and don’t keep it from submitting these required fields) if the visitor does not have JavaScript enabled in their browser.
I’d guess this would be your issue, but you’ll have to test for yourself.

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. However, I know it’s something they’re actively working on.

We published a Maintenance Release today that includes a number of fixes and should improve the handling of attendee meta fields when JavaScript is not enabled.
