MemberHi Steven!
Thanks for taking your time to report this and for your kind message 🙂
Unfortunately, I could replicate this on my end as well so I can confirm it’s a bug.
I have logged a bug report for this so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.
I will set this thread’s status as pending fix and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.
Best,
VictorVictor
MemberHi João!
I’m sorry for the confusion with this.
The fix was made on our Event Aggregator server side of things, so you don’t need to update anything on your end.
Please make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Let us know how that goes.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Uwe!
Thanks for testing that out.
If you are using Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, you will need the following extension to force the display of the Event Cost area when creating/editing the events >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/show-cost-field/
Try it out and see if it works for you.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Rob!
I’m sorry to hear that. Let me help you with this.
I’ve just tried on my end and the attendee list works fine.
Could you please make sure that the Show attendees list on event page setting is checked in your event settings?
If no change, then please try removing that snippet and see if any difference.
If there’s still no difference, then I’d recommend you go through the testing for conflicts guide to make sure we are not dealing with a theme or plugin conflict >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Jacqui and Marianne!
You might want to try adding the priority and number of parameters being passed to the filter:
add_filter( 'tribe_rest_event_data', 'sp_add_custom_fields', 10, 2 );Hope that helps. 🙂

MemberHi Carolyn!
Thanks for following up to confirm that.
Indeed, importing images is not possible for events that are not public.
As you marked this Resolved I’ll go ahead and close it, but feel free to open a new topic if anything comes up and we’ll be happy to help.

MemberHi Gaetano,
Thanks for following up with this topic.
Having to mark an event as “Interested” is ONLY needed if you want to import that event using the single event URL (facebook.com/events/123456789).
You should still be able to import all events from URLs such as facebook.com/business-name without the need to mark it as “Interested”. However in a few cases – specifically, where events have multiple organizers – we will no longer be able to import the organizer details
I hope that helps.
Let me know if any follow up questions.
Best,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Marianne!
Glad to know that helps and that you are making progress.
I’ll leave this thread open in case you need to post a follow up question. Do note, however, that it will auto-close after three weeks for inactivity, in which case you can always open a new topic.

MemberHi Bill!
Thanks for following up with this topic.
I’ve just checked the report for this issue and it seems there has been some movement around it. However, we cannot commit to a date for when a fix will be available.
You won’t find the issue listed in the known issues page, because we only post issues for our main plugins there, and not for our extensions.
I will make sure to leave a note in the report to see if we can get thing moving faster.
Do rest assured we’ll let you know once a fix is shipped.

MemberHi Heather,
I totally understand your frustration with all the recent Facebook changes. Let me try to help you.
First, let me note that we’ve already made the fixes needed in Event Aggregator so that it is possible to import events from Facebook again. However, some imports that used to work, such as Facebook group imports, are no longer possible. The following article has already been updated to reflect the current state of things >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/
Your location search issue, however, is not related to the Facebook changes. Venues are still possible to be fetched from Facebook events, so you should be able to use Filter Bar to filter your Facebook events by venue.
even where the venue is clearly specified in Facebook, Aggregator appears to be failing to import this in the majority of cases.
I cannot reproduce this on my end, so if this is still happening for your imports, please share the Facebook URL where you are importing events from, so I can run some tests with it and see what I can find.
If, for any reason, you think Event Aggregator does not meet your needs, we’d be sad to see you go, but you can ask for a full refund of your license as you are within the 30-day refund policy >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/
I hope that helps. Please let us know how that goes and if you have any questions.
Best,
VictorVictor

MemberHi!
Thanks for following up with this.
I’m not able to see the error you are getting in the frontend of that page. Are you only seeing it when navigating the backend of it?
The database error you are getting indicates a loss of connection to the database when performing the database query needed to show that page, but I don’t see any error that would indicate why it happened.
Were you able to enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? Please let us know if any additional errors are showing up in your debug.log file so we can try to locate the source of the problem.
Also, did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
Please let us know about it.
I can see your site is in Spanish, so if you feel more comfortable reaching out in Spanish, feel free to do so as it’s my native language too.
Thanks,
Victor -
