ParticipantWhen Events Calendar PRO is active, my posts show up in an arbitrary order. I’m using the Jupiter theme. If I switch to TwentySeventeen, the problem goes away.
Are you aware of this problem? Do you have any recommendations?

MemberHi Kathleen!
Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with that issue.
First, let me note that we cannot accept login credentials as we state in our terms > https://theeventscalendar.com/terms/
Could you please update to the latest versions of The Events Calendar 4.6.11 and Events Calendar PRO 4.4.23 and see if any difference? Remember you can always get the latest versions of our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Please let us know about that.
Thanks,
VictorFebruary 16, 2018 at 1:37 pm #1455800Meredith
ParticipantHi Victor,
I updated both plugins and that did not solve the problem. Do you have any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks,

MemberHi Aaron!
Thanks for trying that out.
There might be a theme conflict somehow. Could you please share with us a copy of your theme in a private reply so we can run some tests on our end?
Thanks,

ParticipantVictor,
That’s great news; not only knowing what’s causing the problem, but also having a fix in the works. Thanks for the update and for taking the time to investigate. I’ll keep an eye out for that maintenance release.

It’s been a couple of weeks, so I just wanted to check in and see where you are with this. Is a fix expected soon?
Thanks,
