MemberHi Rivet!
Thanks for following up with this issue. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.
I know you mentioned in your other post that you have another site with the same theme and with Events Calendar and there is not this problem. While this could be no issue for your other site, there is a chance that a specific setting in the theme/plugin could be causing this conflict.
Could you please try switching to a default theme and see if it changes anything?
We suggest you setup a dev/staging site so you can make all these tests without disrupting the live site.
Also, please share with us your complete system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi Kris!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you troubleshoot this issue.
First, please make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site.
If you still experience the issue with the latest versions of our plugins, then it could be related to a theme or plugin conflict, so to narrow the problem down please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process.
When coming back, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Thanks,

Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
First, please make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
We have shipped a new maintenance release yesterday that addressed some issues with Event Tickets and Event Tickets plus and they might relate to the issues you are having.
We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site.
If you still experience the issue after updating the plugins, let me know about it so I can further help you and please share with us a screenshot of where you see that happening so we can try to reproduce the issue on our end.

MemberHi Kingsley!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
The ticket header image will only display in the ticket email that is sent to the user after they purchase the ticket.
Bear in mind that image will only be per event and not for each ticket type, so it won’t show up in the WooCommerce product page.
Are you experiencing anything different for your site? Let me know about it.
Thanks,

MemberHi Claribel!
Thanks for taking your time to report this.
This is indeed a bug we have already logged a report for, so I will change this thread status to Pending fix and link it to the report. Our dev team will address it in one of our future maintenance releases of our plugins.
We will notify you once a fix is shipped.
I apologise for this inconvenience and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.

MemberHi Amy!
Thanks for following up with this.
Unfortunately, we are not able to fetch your system information. Could you please copy and paste it in a private reply?
I am able to fetch the Big Canvas events for March and other future events. Please try going to Events > Settings > Imports tab and set the option for Import Limit Type to Do not limit and Save. Try importing again after that and see if you can get the Big Canvas event.
calendar on the front end only goes until March, can I extend this?
By default, the month view on the frontend will only show pagination links if there are events to show. You can change this behaviour by using the snippet provided in this article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/add-nextprevious-links/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberHi Hassan!
Thanks for following up with this and for clearing that out.
After a few tests I could reproduce the behaviour you mention. It seems the code snippet might need an additional check to prevent further redirection once in mobile view.
I will reach out to the team and see if we can come up with a tweak for this workaround.
Please hang in there.
Thanks,

MemberHi Marte!
Thanks for testing that out and for sending over the logs.
I can see several PHP Fatal errors (PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted) showing up that indicates there isn’t enough memory allocated to perform a few actions in your site.
As a starting point, I would suggest following the steps outlined in this WordPress article > https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP It walks through how to increase that memory limit.
If, however, that does not do the trick, I would recommend reaching out to your hosting provider and asking them for assistance in increasing the PHP memory limit. That should resolve the issue but, if for some reason it does not, please don’t hesitate to let us know and we can dig into this further.
Please let me know how that goes and if you have any questions.
Thanks,
