Ticket Image Header not diplay or store in woocommerce products

hello I used Event ticket plus with woo commerce I have issue my ticket header image is not display on front-end and also when I checked it in woo commerce product tab image is not store there also kindly help me to sort out that issue.

Hi Kingsley!

Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.

The ticket header image will only display in the ticket email that is sent to the user after they purchase the ticket.

Bear in mind that image will only be per event and not for each ticket type, so it won’t show up in the WooCommerce product page.
