MemberHi Nancy!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
Just to confirm, you were able to merge the events feed with the blog feed by using the code provided in https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/customize-rss-feed/ but now you also need to add the event start date to the event description. Is this what you are trying to accomplish?
Please let me note that we are fairly limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions like that. But, we always like helping out and at least point users into the right direction as much possible.
So please let me know about it so I can try to come up with a snippet to achieve that.
Thanks,

MemberHi Mal!
Thanks for following up with this.
That is mainly because the Lat and Long coordinates are missing from the venues. You can generate their coordinates by editing and updating the venues, without any other action in the middle. This will fetch the coordinates from the Google Maps API (this is the exact bug we fixed)
Please try updating the venues and see if they show up in the View as Map.

Thanks for reaching out to us!
I am able to see the events for week view in mobile view. Could you please send us a screenshot of the issue so we can make sure we are seeing the same?

MemberHi Stu!
Thanks for following up with this 🙂
ICS files can contain one or multiple events. Let me point you to the iCalendar standard as a reference > https://icalendar.org/

MemberHi Andi! (I’m sorry I confused your name with other user before)
Thanks for following up with this.
Unfortunately, that is not a built-in functionality of our plugins. There is only one email field for each organizer and it is shown in single event page as the organizer information. I’m not sure I understand where those other email addresses are. Could you please let me know more about this? You can send us a screenshot.
I do see the good use of having an email notification sent to the event organizer for some cases. You can post this as a new feature idea in our User Voice > https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas so other users wanting the same can vote for it.
Let me know if you need help elaborating the idea.
Thanks,

MemberHi Jason!
Great to know everything is working smooth now. Thanks for letting us know about it.
I’ll close this thread now, but don’t hesitate to open a new topic if anything comes up and we’ll be happy to help.

MemberHi Lauren,
I’m sorry to hear that you are being impacted by those other issues too. I know how frustrating this can be for you and your client.
We really appreciate your feedback on this matter. We strive to make our plugins better every day and feedback like yours really helps us assigning the right priority to our bugs and new features.
Thanks for confirming the issue was with the post Duplicator plugin. Could you please share with us the link to the feature request that is marked as solved for this request? I could not find it myself and we would like to update it if needed.
Although at this time tickets for recurring events is not supported, you can create a recurring event and then break the instances from its series. This way it will behave like a single event and you’ll be able to create tickets for it. I hope this helps as a workaround.
Regarding the bug for the attendee list not exporting correctly, this is of high priority right now so we are aiming to ship a fix the next time we include Event Tickets in our maintenance release cycle of our plugins.
As for the ticket Start Sale Date/Time bug, I have linked this thread to the bug report and raised its priority. I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” so we can notify you once a fix is shipped.
As for the ticket fieldsets not updating issue, I will kindly ask you to open a new topic for it. This will help us keep things more organized and ensure we give the proper attention to each of the issues. You can always link to other threads for reference.
We apologise for the all the inconveniences and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.
Do let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.

MemberHi Emily!
Thanks for following up with this.
The events showing down the page is mainly because there are too many columns in the admin table. You can hide/show this columns by clicking the “Screen Options” tab in the upper-right corner of the screen and checking the ones you want.
Many users experience the same when activating Yoast SEO plugin, which adds a few extra columns of information. Let me know if the above works for you.
As for the related events issue, those related events are not being added by our plugins. I think those events could be coming from the Jetpack plugin. If you scroll down the page for that event, you should be seeing the related events coming from our Events Calendar PRO plugin.
Try deactivating Jetpack to verify this conflict and let me know if any difference.

MemberHi Kyla!
Thanks for coming back with the screenshots and the ICS file.
The ICS file does not validate through the iCalendar standards > https://icalendar.org/validator.html
It seems the problem is that several events have the same UID, which is probably why the Borrow It Digitally event is mixed up with Computer Class. Each event must have a Unique Identifier (UID)
Where are you getting the ICS file from? Please let me know about it so I can further assist you with this.
Thanks,

MemberHi Stuart!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately, we do not have any integration with Eventful. We do have an integration with Eventbrite that you might want to take a look at > https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-eventbrite-tickets/
On the other hand, if you only want to import events from Eventful and are able to get an ICS file from it, you might want to check our Event Aggregator license > https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions 🙂

MemberHi Pam!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
By default, there is no email notification that gets sent to the event organizer. However, we have a snippet that you can paste in your theme’s functions.php file that will email a copy of the ticket email to the event organizer.

MemberHi Jason!
I’m sorry you are experiencing that. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.
First, could you please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ? We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Do you recall making a recent change in your site, like a theme or plugin update? or probably installed a new plugin?
To make sure we are not dealing with a theme or plugin conflict, and to narrow the problem down please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process.
Thanks,

MemberHi Laura!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me further help you with this topic.
We have a nice article that walks you through how to collect attendee information > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
We also need to allow registrants to optionally add other items to their registration cost, such as an extra meal, membership renewal, etc. Is this possible with your two plugins above?
Unfortunately, this is not a built-in functionality of our plugins, but I know some users make use of some WooCommerce extensions to achieve similar functionalities. As a reference, let me point you to the following article about compatibility with WooCommerce extensions you should know about > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/compatibility-with-woocommerce-extensions/
Finally, let me share with you the following list of articles for customizing Event Tickets Plus > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase-category/customizing-tickets-plus/ and our Themer’s Guide with methods to customize our plugins templates > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
I hope that helps. Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

MemberHi Carly!
I’m sorry you are experiencing issues with the license. Let me help you with that.
I have just checked and your Event Tickets Plus license is already active on one site. You can verify this by going to your licenses page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys/ where you can also unlink your license from that site.
If you also experience issues trying to update your plugins, remember you can always get the latest versions of our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and perform a manual update > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
I hope that helps. Let me know how that goes and if you have other questions.
Thanks,
