which shows the same title and date as the current event, but when you click on the related event, it shows the future date, which is correct. Why does it not show the titles of the future events?January 8, 2018 at 7:12 am #1420401Victor
MemberHi Emily!
Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with this issue.
Just to confirm, I can see some related events immediately after the event description that all show January 2, 2018 as date, but they link to different event dates. Is this the issue you are referring to?
If so, they don’t seem to be coming from our plugins. Did you add those events manually somehow?
Have you tried switching to a default theme and also going through our testing for conflicts guide to see if any changes? > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
Please let me know about it.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Victor,
I added events and they realized I couldn’t have recurring events unless we upgraded to the PRO version. I upgraded and thought I added each event as ongoing. All of our events are recurring so I need this happen with each event.

I’m not sure I understand exactly what you want to accomplish. Could you please explain this further? You can also share with us some screenshots if you’d like.
Please let me know about that and I’ll be happy to help you with that.

ParticipantVictor,
I’m still have issues with Event Calendar Pro for two reasons. #1 my events are showing up on my end to edit down the page instead of horizontal. See screenshot.
#2 When you click on a specific event from the calendar it takes you to page with more details. It also shows the related events below which should be recurring since they are all setup this way but it shows the date of when the event was put in NOT the dates for other upcoming meetings. See screenshot.
Please Help!!!

MemberHi Emily!
Thanks for following up with this.
The events showing down the page is mainly because there are too many columns in the admin table. You can hide/show this columns by clicking the “Screen Options” tab in the upper-right corner of the screen and checking the ones you want.
Many users experience the same when activating Yoast SEO plugin, which adds a few extra columns of information. Let me know if the above works for you.
As for the related events issue, those related events are not being added by our plugins. I think those events could be coming from the Jetpack plugin. If you scroll down the page for that event, you should be seeing the related events coming from our Events Calendar PRO plugin.
Try deactivating Jetpack to verify this conflict and let me know if any difference.
Thanks,
