MemberHi Pam!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
By default, there is no email notification that gets sent to the event organizer. However, we have a snippet that you can paste in your theme’s functions.php file that will email a copy of the ticket email to the event organizer.

I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions.

ParticipantWhy is there a field to input the organizer’s email address and an address for who the confirmation email is coming from and an email address for a notification email then? It seems normal to have a confirmation email to the registrant and a notification email to the organizer. I was under the impression that this is how the calendar works and is a basic function. Is that not true?

MemberHi Andi! (I’m sorry I confused your name with other user before)
Thanks for following up with this.
Unfortunately, that is not a built-in functionality of our plugins. There is only one email field for each organizer and it is shown in single event page as the organizer information. I’m not sure I understand where those other email addresses are. Could you please let me know more about this? You can send us a screenshot.
I do see the good use of having an email notification sent to the event organizer for some cases. You can post this as a new feature idea in our User Voice > https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas so other users wanting the same can vote for it.
Let me know if you need help elaborating the idea.
Thanks,

ParticipantPlease see my screenshots. There is a single organizer. That is the person who should be notified of the registration. She is the same person who the emails come from.

MemberHi Andi!
Thanks for clearing that out.
Those email fields are not being added by our plugins. It might be a customization built on top of The Events Calendar.
I can see that you are using the Registrations for The Events Calendar plugin, which is not ours. I’m not really familiar with it but it could be that those fields are being added by that plugin.
To verify this, you could try deactivating it and see if those fields disappear.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

ParticipantYes. That is true. Do I need to contact Registrations help then?
