Victor
MemberHi Bob!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
Attendees by tickets states 10 sold (3 remaining, 4 awaiting review)
This means there are 10 completed tickets sold (3 is the current stock for this ticket, 4 still waiting) If you add 10 completed + 4 awaiting then that is a total of 14 tickets ordered. So, ticket stock 17 – 14 = 3 remaining
The Deleted Attendees 3 is a record to know the number of attendees that have been deleted. Every time you delete an attendee, it will show up there and will auto increase the ticket stock, so the ticket is again available to purchase.
The list of attendees with all their information shows 11 with 8 completed and three on hold
The total number of attendees is 11 and not 14 because you have deleted 3.
It might be that you have deleted an attendee for which order was still awaiting review. This is why the number of tickets awaiting review is 4, but you are only seeing 3 on hold in the attendee list.
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Best,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Ryan!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me try to help you with this topic.
First, please let me note that we are fairly limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions like that. But, we always like helping out and at least point users into the right direction as much possible.
Just to confirm I understand what you are trying to achieve, do you only need to allow the users to create a new venue and not select one already created?
Please let me know about it.
Thanks,

MemberHi Roger!
Thanks for coming back to us.
Unfortunately, we are not able to receive files sent over email replies. Please post your reply using the frontend form and attach the file with it.
Bear in mind you won’t be able to send .txt files, so please first compress the debug.log file into a zip file and then send it to us. If any problem uploading the file, you can always paste the error logs directly in a private reply.
Besides the log files, did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.
Please let us know about that.
Thanks,

MemberHi Teresa!
I did some tests and I am able to see the complete breadcrumbs structure: Home » Events » [category] » [Event Title]
I’m not so sure how this feature really works, but is something coming from Yoast SEO plugin, so I suggest you get in touch with Yoast support to see if they can help you with this.
I’m sorry I can’t be of much help here, but we can’t give support for something we didn’t build.
Do let me know if there is anything else we can do to help or if you have any questions and I’ll be happy to help as much possible.

MemberHi Richard!
Thanks for following up with this. I’m sorry you are still having this problem.
Could you please try editing the venue and saving, without any other action, and then check if the Lat and Long coordinates are present?
If not, could you please see if there are any console errors by inspecting the page? We have an article that explains how to do that here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/
Let me know about it.
Thanks,

MemberHi James!
Thanks for following up with this.
I can see the use of having such functionality built-in, so I suggest your add that idea in our user voice so other users can vote for it > https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas

MemberHi There!
I’m sorry you are experiencing that issue. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.
First, Could you please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ? We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
This can be related to a theme or plugin conflict, so to narrow the problem down please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process.
Also, please share with us a link to your main events page so we can have a closer inspection ourselves.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Stephen!
Yes, you can require fields in the events submission form but would require some custom coding.
Let me point you to the following article that gives some code examples on how to achieve that > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/required-fields-for-events-submission-form/
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions.

MemberHi Cameron!
Thanks for reaching out to us.
I’m not really familiar with the Import Facebook Events plugin, but let me try to assist as much possible.
I would like a solution that automatically categorizes the imported events based on the Event Organizer field.
This is not a functionality of our Events Calendar PRO plugin, but I recommend you take a look at our Event Aggregator license that will enable you to import events using feeds from your favourite sources across the web like Facebook and Google Calendar.
Event Aggregator has an option to assign a default event category to the events you import, but if you need this category assignment to be dynamic based on the event organizer, then you will need some custom coding that makes use of our plugins available filters or actions.
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi Mike!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Please let me note that we are fairly limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions like that. But, we always like helping out so let me point you into the right direction as much possible.
As a reference, I’d suggest you download our extension to add event and attendee information to the WooCommerce order details > https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/add-event-and-attendee-information-to-woocommerce-order-details/
In that extensions index.php file in line 189, you will find the get_attendee_meta() function you can see the code as reference to fetch the attendee information for a specific ticket.
Additionally, let me point you to the following extension that you might find useful if you are looking to improve the attendees list > https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/attendees-table-show-hide-duplicates/
I hope that helps.
Let me know if any follow up questions.

MemberHi Teresa!
Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with that issue.
I’m not sure I understand exactly the issue you are having. Could you please send us a screenshot of the Yoast advanced settings you are referring to so I can try to reproduce the issue on my end?

MemberHi Philip!
Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest in our plugins 🙂
Unfortunately, it is not a built-in functionality in our plugins to choose from a range of weekly times for each individual class. One way to workaround that need, would be to create several tickets for the same event, one for each time range, but this could not be ideal for every scenario.
Please also note, that at the moment, there is no support for creating tickets for recurring events if you get our Events Calendar PRO plugin.
You can access your events attendees and see a list of them in the admin of your site. Let me point you to the following article about it > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/
does you plugin support variable pricing after an event has started, e.g. if the first week of the class has passed the price drops by 10%, after the second week it drops by 20%
Payments are all handled by the Ecommerce plugin you choose to use. If you use WooCommerce, you can setup coupons and sale prices for your ticket products and there are also WooCommerce extensions that might enhance this functionality, like this one > https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-dynamic-pricing/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
