MemberHi Kathleen!
Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with that issue.
First, let me note that we cannot accept login credentials as we state in our terms > https://theeventscalendar.com/terms/
Could you please update to the latest versions of The Events Calendar 4.6.11 and Events Calendar PRO 4.4.23 and see if any difference? Remember you can always get the latest versions of our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Please let us know about that.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Sebastian!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
If I’m not mistaken, that seems to be the single product view for WooCommerce and not from our plugins. I suggest you check out their documentation to know more about the product information > https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions.
Best,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Marte!
I’m sorry to hear you are still experiencing that problem. I would like to help you further with this issue.
I’ve just reviewed your previous thread and it seems that we could confirm there is a conflict with the templates overrides in your theme.
Could you please send us a copy of your theme in a private reply? If you also have a child theme, please do share it as well. I will run some tests with your theme to see if I can reproduce the issue on my end and hopefully find the source of the problem.
If your theme is too big, you can use a third party service like Dropbox or google drive to share it.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi John!
Thanks for reaching out to us. Let me help you with this topic.
You can modify the number of events to fetch by passing the per_page variable in the request.
Let me point you to the following article that gives an example of this > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/introduction-events-calendar-rest-api/
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions.

MemberHi Nathan!
Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with this topic.
By default, the week calendar should scroll down to the first event visible so that you don’t see the blank times.
In your site, this might not be working do to a conflict with your theme or another plugin styles. You can verify this by testing for conflicts to see if any difference > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
Unfortunately, there is no default option to only display hours in some times, but you could try to accomplish this by customizing the week view, for which I recommend you use one of the methods described in our themer’s guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions.

MemberHi Jukka!
Thanks for reaching out to us.
All payments are handled by the Ecommerce plugin you choose, either WooCommerce or EDD (Easy Digital Downloads).
If Paytrail gateway is supported by WooCommerce, then you shouldn’t have any problems with Event Tickets Plus.
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions. 🙂

MemberHi Bill!
Thanks for following up with this.
Unfortunately, Event Tickets Plus minimum supported version for WooCommerce is 3.0.
I have enabled previous versions of Event Tickets Plus for your account, so you should now be able to download them from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/. You will need to try version 4.5.6 or earlier to work with your version of WooCommerce.
Let me point you to the following article as a reference > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
Please note that we’ll be very much limited in terms of how much support we can offer if you decide to downgrade.
Also bear in mind you might be affected by bugs we have fixed in more recent versions.
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions.

Thanks for letting us know about that! 🙂
I will leave this thread open so you can keep us posted about it. Bear in mind it will auto-close after three weeks of inactivity, in which case you can always open a new topic referencing this one.

MemberHi!
Thanks for following up with this.
First, please let me note that we are fairly limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions like that.
That said, we always like helping out and at least point users into the right direction.
Are you trying to position the filter bar before the tribe bar? Please let me know exactly what you are trying to accomplish and I will try to guide you as much possible.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Ryan!
Sure! The venue metabox is contained in the venue.php template file located at /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/src/views/community/modules/. The venue selector and fields are called around line 60 of the file.
Additionally, you might want to check the venue-fields.php template in that same folder that contains the new venue fields that show up to create a new venue.
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions.

MemberHi Bob!
Thanks for following up with this.
I’m not really sure why is that. Could you please send us a screenshot, in a private reply if you’d like, of the attendees page where we can see all this information? I will try to reproduce on my end and will get back to you.
Let me know about it.
Thanks,

MemberHi Kevin!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately, that is not a built-in functionality of our plugins.
However, you could achieve that with some custom coding.
I hope it helps. Let me know if any follow up questions. 🙂

MemberHi Bill!
Thanks for reaching out to us. Let me help you with that issue.
From your system information I can see you are using older versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. Please make sure you update to the latest versions and see if any difference.
I highly suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site.
We also encourage to make a full backup of your site, both database and files so in case something goes wrong you can always restore your site.
Please let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi Jasmine!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me answer each of your questions.
- The Events post type uses the same post tags as WordPress blog posts. But, Events use their own Event Categories taxonomy. However, it is possible to add the post categories taxonomy to be used with events with some custom coding.
-
Yes, you can create additional fields with Events Calendar PRO and you will also be able to complete them for Eventbrite events > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-additional-fields/
-
You can differentiate them using the built-in event categories or tags. Also, you can create an additional fields (mentioned in the previous point) to add this type of information.
-
Unfortunately, this is not a built-in functionality. A workaround for this is to create a page or post that will link to a set of events previously created.
-
I’m not sure which page you are referring to. Could you please the link with us so I can make sure it’s correct? As a reference, you can learn more about the eventbrite imports in the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/importing-events-from-eventbrite-com/
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions 🙂
