MemberHey Sarah,
Thank you for reaching out to us! You can create manual orders to achieve what you want. If you are using Woocommerce, please follow these steps to create a manual order:
- Head over to WooCommerce > Orders > Add New
- Change the “Order status” to “Complete” and select a customer
- Click on “Add items(s)” in the section below the order details
- Click the “Add product(s)” button that displays
- Search for the ticket you want to add to the order, then click the “Add” button
- Click the “Recalculate” button at the bottom of the order
- Click the “Create” button at the top of the order screen
That will generate the order and send an email containing the ticket.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia

MemberHey Jared,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’ve ran a test and wasn’t able to reproduce the issue you are experiencing in my own WordPress install: in month view, if I filter events by keyword, both past and future events are correctly displayed.
I would recommend you to make sure that all of your plugins are up-to-date. If the issue persists after the upgrade, I would recommend you to run a Conflicts Test. You can start the test by temporarily deactivating all of your plugins (except Modern Tribe plugins) and changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and let us know if the problem is solved after that (don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything).
If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

To remove the “Export” Links from Event Views, you can add the following snippet in theme’s functions.php file (without the <?php opening tag):

MemberHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
To be able to sell your tickets, you’ll need an e-commerce plugin installed, active, and configured. Event Tickets Plus currently supports WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads. Both ecommerce plugins will have its own settings which should be configured before you start accepting ticket sales.
You will find more info about how to configure your ecommerce plugin in the following article:

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

December 22, 2017 at 10:38 am in reply to: Deprecated PHP error in latest update 4.6.7 of The Events Calendar #1411855Patricia
MemberHi Cynthia,
Since when I created a fresh/new WordPress install on Dec 14th, this error didn’t show up in my debug.php log anymore, which makes me believe that I had a custom code or an extension throwing this error before.
To get started, could you please access your theme’s directory and check if you have a tribe-events directory in there? If you do, please temporarily rename it to something else like _tribe-events and check if the error is gone after that.
Thanks and happy holidays!!

December 22, 2017 at 8:12 am in reply to: Featured image and custom fields not importing using Other URL import option #1411641Patricia
MemberHi Slade,
I ran some tests and imported events from different sites and the only one from where I’m not able to import the featured images is yours. I’m not sure about the reason yet.
Could you please run the following tests?
- Now that all plugins up-to-date, please create a new test event in your origin site (with a featured image). Import this new event to your second site: is the featured image still missing?
-
If you import one event from https://wpshindig.com/events/list/, is the featured image correctly imported to your site?
Thanks,
Patricia

MemberHi there,
I’m really sorry to hear about this issue. I’ve tried to import both files and the preview is being correctly displayed, but I’m getting a PHP Fatal error while trying to import them with The Events Calendar v. 4.6.8 enabled.
Could you please share your system info with us? I would also recommend you to enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share with us any messages you see while trying to import your events. All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content.
This information will help us to identify if you are being affected by this bug or not.
Thanks!

MemberHey Arwyn,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m sorry to hear you are having these issues.
As I can see from your system info, the max_execution_time in your server is 30 seconds (the default value).
To get started, I would recommend you to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase this value to 60s:
http://us3.php.net/manual/en/info.configuration.php#ini.max-execution-time
max_execution_time = 60Does it help you to solve the problem? If the issue persists, please let me know and I’ll be happy to help you with the next steps!
Cheers,
Patricia
