MemberHey Courtney,
Thanks for contacting us!
I’ve just accessed your site thesycamoretree.org and the countdown in your homepage is working properly as I can see from here. Can you please let me know if the issue persists from your end? If the answer is yes, please send us further information about the issue you are experiencing and we will be happy to assist!

MemberHi Ann,
Thanks for contacting us!
I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing. The first thing we need to know here is why you are getting a 500 internal server error every time you press the customize button. Your hosting provider should be able to help by sharing the PHP error log with you. Another way to figure out the culprit is by disabling all of your plugins/changing your current active theme and checking if the issue persists after that.
Regarding the monthly display issue, it is working properly as I can see from here. Can you please check and let me know if everything is working as expected from your end as well?

MemberHey Julie,
Thanks for contacting us!
You can make this change by following these steps:
Please go to Events -> Settings -> General, scroll down to the Timezone Settings and click the Update Timezone Data button.
After that you will then have access to two timezone options:
- Timezone mode: Default option is to use the site’s timezone everywhere on the calendar. You can change it to use local timezones for each event, which are configured on individual event pages.
- Show timezone: Allows you to display the timezone code (e.g. PST or BST) next to event times on the front end.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else in the mean time!

MemberHey Lisa,
Thanks for contacting us!
This issue you are experiencing is similar to the one mentioned in this thread.
In that specific case, the problem was a theme conflict. This tutorial will help you to determine if a conflict is happening, and find out if it is your theme, or which of your plugin(s) are causing it.
Let me know if you need anything else in the mean time!

Patricia.

MemberHi Mike,
Good to know your initial problem is now solved!
Can you please check if you followed all steps mentioned in the following link to move your Community Events license key to a different site?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
Regarding your questions about Event Aggregator :
This plugin is a service included in The Events Calendar so no additional downloads are required to activate it. You just need to input the license key in ‘WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Licenses’ and the extra options in WP-Admin > Events > Import should be activated. For more information please check out → New User Primer: Event Aggregator.
If you are still having issues with your license, please try to remove and disconnect your license key completely and putting it back. After you do, hit “Tab” on your keyboard, then click Save Changes.
Please let me know if you can set this up.
Also, for future reference, if you have any new questions, please open a new topic/thread for further assistance, as this helps us keep our forum well organized. 🙂
Regards,
Patricia

June 20, 2017 at 6:51 pm in reply to: Importing Google Calendar events with locations to appear on events map #1300857Patricia
MemberHi Mike,
You should be able to see the button under Events → Settings in the Map Settings section, but it will be available only if the plugin actually detects that there is a broken venue in your calendar. I’m afraid it is not possible to import the venues from Google calendar in a way that the “Where” field gets cut up and all information is included in the correct venue fields in Events Calendar as expected.
If this is something you want to see implemented in future releases, I would recommend casting a vote in our Feature Ideas forum to let us know.

I’m sorry for not being able to assist you on this!
Let me know if you need anything else.

MemberHi Lance,
I’m sorry about this issue you are still experiencing! Nico’s recommendation in the thread you just shared is correct: for your staging site, you can just download the latest release (from your downloads section) and ignore the messages. You don’t necessarily need to download the plugin from the “Early Access” section, you can download it from the “Premium Plugins” section as well. Can you please check and let me know if this works for you?
If the issue persists, we will be glad to further investigate your case.

Patricia

MemberHi Jorge,
Users can submit their events to your calendar using the Community Events plugin. As mentioned before, we do provide a 30% off coupon to approved nonprofits ( this coupon is valid for any of our premium products, including the Community Events plugin!).
I hope this helps 🙂
Let me know if you need anything else and have a great day!

Did you install the free version of The Events Calendar Plugin in your staging site? Can you please download and install the latest version of this plugin (4.5.5) and let us know if everything works as expected after that?
If the issue persists after following these steps, please let us know and we will be happy to assist!

MemberHey Gregory,
Thanks for contacting us!
Currently there is no “out of the box” way to make a members-only Calendar—no plugin setting, plugin filter, etc. But with a bit of custom coding, you can get pretty close. You will find further information about this in the following link:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-members-calendar/
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll be happy to assist!

If you want to use the same license key on your live site and its development or staging version, this shouldn’t be a problem. Check out this knowledgebase guide for more information on doing that!
