MemberHey Casper,
Good to know that the script is now working for you! Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What I see in the screenshots you attached is the list of your recurring events (with their respective dates and times), in a single event: this was included by the custom code on /wp-content/themes/jupiter-child/tribe-events/single-event.php
Please send us further information about this new issue and we will be happy to assist!
Regards,
Patricia

MemberHi Valerio,
Answering your question: yes, the plugin should work properly in your dev site this way. The only difference is that your premium plugins won’t receive automatic updates, since you won’t have a valid license enabled in this dev install.
Let us know if you need anything else and have a great day!

MemberHi Casper,
Please accept our sincere apologies for the delayed response!
Please move your single-event.php file from:
/wp-content/themes/[your theme]/tribe-events/pro/single-event.php
to:
/wp-content/themes/[your theme]/tribe-events/single-event.php
After this change you will be able to see a list with the recurring dates in the end of each individual event.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll be happy to assist! 🙂

Patricia

MemberHi Gregg,
We are very sorry about this issue you are still experiencing!
Regarding the PHP Fatal error you are getting: call to undefined function utf8_decode()
This function is part of the PHP XML parser and you probably don’t have this extension included in your minimum PHP package. You might ask to your sys-admin to install this package for you. If your server is running with Ubuntu (based on your system information – PHP 5.6 + Apache), run these:
sudo apt-get install php5.6-xml
sudo service apache2 restartYou will find further information about this PHP extension and the utf8_decode() issue in the following links:
https://www.w3schools.com/php/php_ref_xml.asp
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/38337444/function-utf8-encode-undefined
After installing this extension your problem should be solved.
Let us know if you need anything else and we will be happy to assist!

MemberHi Lisa and Luke,
I’ve just accessed your page and I can see the event pins in your map as expected . Can you please confirm if everything is working properly from your end as well? This issue was probably associated with Form Maker Pro plugin too!
Let us know if you need anything else and have a great day! 🙂

MemberHi Valerio,
Thanks for contacting us!
If you want to use our plugins in your dev site, you don’t actually need to include a serial key/migrate your license from production site. For your staging site, you can just download and install the latest release of our plugin (from your downloads section) and ignore any warning messages.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHey Casper,
Thanks for contacting us! To display the recurring events list in a single event page, you can use the code mentioned in this thread:
I’ve also tested from my end and it’s working properly. You can use this code as a start point to customize your single event page!
Let me know if you need anything else and I’ll be happy to assist!

I’m sorry about this issue you are experiencing! Sometimes, if a venue is broken, it might cause the issue you are experiencing. The Events Calendar has a built-in feature that checks for broken venue data and will correct it for you. If you head over to Events → Settings, there is a section called Map Settings and a button that says “Fix venues data.” Please click that, and try to search by location again and see if that makes a difference.
If the issue persists after that, please let us know and we will be happy to further investigate your case!

Patricia

MemberHey Jeanine,
Thanks for contacting us!
I couldn’t replicate the issue you are experiencing. The hour format is 12h (AM-PM) as I can see from here.
Can you please let us know if the issue persists from your end and share a screenshot so we can further investigate if necessary?
Thanks!

There’s probably a conflict happening here. Can you please check if all of your plugins are up to date and let us know if the issue persists even with the latest version of our plugins installed?

MemberHi Julie,
If you change your settings to use local timezones for each event, it will do exactly what you want: you can create an event to happen tomorrow at 5PM CDT and people from other countries will see this event their local timezone. You will find further information about timezones in the following link:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/working-with-timezones/
If you have further questions, please let me know!
Regards,
Patricia
