MemberHi Vincent,
Thanks for contacting us!
Can you please access your WordPress Dashboard, head over to Events → Settings, select the Licenses tab at the top of the screen and check if your Event Aggregator license key is in there?
If it is not, you should include it. You will find all of your available licences here.
If your key is already in place and the issue persists, you can follow the instructions in the link bellow for further assistance:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/license-key-out-of-installs/
I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else and have a great day!

Thanks for contacting us!
I could replicate the issue you are experiencing from here and found the following error in your console log:
Google Maps API error
To help you avoid map timeouts and API error messages like this one, you should enter your Google Maps API key. I know this sounds scary but I promise it’s easy to implement and you will find all the instructions you need in the following link:
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHi Mike,
Thanks for contacting us!
The Events Calendar has a built-in feature that checks for broken venue data and will correct it for you. If you head over to Events → Settings, there is a section called Map Settings and a button that says “Fix venues data.” Please click that, refresh your Map View and see if that makes a difference.
If the issue persists, you can also add a Google Maps API Key to help avoid timeouts and API error messages. You will find more information in the following articles:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/troubleshooting-map-view/
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll be happy to assist!

Yes, you can schedule your recurring events to happen on specific days, not necessarily following a pattern. The example you just sent is 100% possible and easy to setup with Events Calendar Pro.
I hope this helps!
Have a great day

MemberHi Jorge,
To be able to import events from multiple sources like Facebook, Meetup, Google Calendar, iCalendar, etc. , you would have to purchase a licence for Event Aggregator.
We won’t be able to offer you a free licence of Event Aggregator at this time, but we do provide a 30% off coupon (for any of our premium products) to approved 501c-3 organizations.
I hope this helps!
Let me know if you need anything else and have a great day!

MemberHi Enrique,
Thanks for contacting us!
You don’t have to purchase a license for Events Calendar Pro to be able to use Event Tickets Plus. You will find further information about Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus in the following links:
https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
Answering your second question, yes, you will have to use an eCommerce plugin like WooCommerce to sell your tickets via PayPal.
I hope this helps! 🙂
Have a great day!

MemberHi David!
The Events Calendar Pro gives you the ability to create recurring events, include additional fields, show your events from any spot on your website using advanced widgets and has a feature that allows your visitors to search for event in or near their city and state. If you want to know more about the features included in Events Calendar Pro, you can check the following link:
https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
As mentioned before, the only way to import events from Google Calendar is by acquiring a licence for Event Aggregator, I’m sorry for any confusion this may have caused. Please let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll be happy to assist!

Unfortunately there is not an out of the box way to add a date picker in the ticket fieldsets. However, using the custom fields and some JavaScript, you could add this functionality to tickets. We do have a list of recommended developers who could help you out with the code if you need it.
If this is something you want to see implemented in future releases, I would recommend casting a vote in our Feature Ideas forum to let us know.

We have a Nonprofit Partnership Program that grants free licenses of Events Calendar

MemberHi David,
Thank you for contacting us with your question! I’m happy to help.
As you already noticed, the free version of Event Aggregator will only allow you to
import information from a CSV file. To be able to import events from Google Calendar, you have
to purchase a license for Event Aggregator. You will find further information about our
available licenses in the following link:https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/
After you purchase a premium license for Event Aggregator, it will be easy to import events from Google Calendar. The steps in the link below will help you get started:

MemberHey Fation!
It seems that Publicize is only triggered when you publish a new post, but you can extend this to other Custom Post Types. You can follow their tutorial and/or contact their support team for further assistance:
How to use Publicize with your Custom Post Types
I hope that helps to get you started ! ? Thanks again, and have a great weekend!

MemberHey Josua,
There’s one more info I would like to add to my previous answer. If you need further assistance with this customization, we have a list of experts that might be able to help you:

Let us know if you need anything else and have a great weekend!

MemberHi Joshua,
Unfortunately that’s not so easy to adjust. As already mentioned in this thread:
- If you feel confident building your own interim solution, it may be helpful to know that the field you are interested in is stored in a piece of post meta data named _unique_id(per individual attendee record)
I hope this helps. Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with!

MemberHi Fation,
Thanks for contacting us!
Unfortunately our plugin doesn’t have this functionality, but there might be some plugins which can do this for custom post types. You will find in the following link some of the available options:
15 Plugins To Automatically Share Your WordPress Posts On Social Media
I hope this helps. Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with!

MemberHi Micapet,
Thank you for contacting us!
We are unfortunately unable to provide support through our Pre-Sales forum channel, but you can head over to The Events Calendar WordPress.org support forums for assistance and answers.
If you have a PRO license, you can log into your account and get assistance through the PRO forums. If you need to reset your password, you can do so here. This will send an email to the account used when you initially registered for the support forums.
Just to get you started, you can try adding the following code to your site:
https://gist.github.com/geoffgraham/39d59bf67175e9b93bda
You can add this to your child theme‘s functions.php file, or with a plugin.
I hope this helps!
