why can't i import anything but csv files

I’m looking to sync my google calendar with my subscription now renewed but I can’t see how

As you already noticed, the free version of Event Aggregator will only allow you to
import information from a CSV file. To be able to import events from Google Calendar, you have
to purchase a license for Event Aggregator. You will find further information about our

what did I purchase for 89.00 then? Just the ability to have a calendar on my site? maybe I purchased the wrong thing. I’ve owned a license in the past and everything was covered with my Pro license.

The Events Calendar Pro gives you the ability to create recurring events, include additional fields, show your events from any spot on your website using advanced widgets and has a feature that allows your visitors to search for event in or near their city and state.
