Uploading CSV stuck in "import pending"

I am trying to upload a CSV for my events. I was able to successfully upload the venues and organizers, but my events CSV will stall at “import pending” and never create events. I tried to change the content of the csv in case I had gone over some character limit, but they are all pending. What am I missing?
