Server Times Out

    Hi there,

    I have just renewed Events Cal Pro and Events Tickets Plus.

    I enter a new ticket and it does not update. The server times out. I have tried a resolution by looking for a conflict, but no joy.

    I have been on to my server supplier, there is no error. If I JUST use Events Cal and Events Tickets – there is no timing out.

    Please advise as I need this urgently.

    Hey Arwyn,

    Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m sorry to hear you are having these issues.

    As I can see from your system info, the max_execution_time in your server is 30 seconds (the default value).

    To get started, I would recommend you to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase this value to 60s:

    max_execution_time = 60
