    I have quite a few customers who would prefer not to pay by credit card online… So I want to be able to take their details over the phone. Can you tell me what process to follow in order to create the ticket order for them? I would take their credit card details over the phone… and then does Stripe automatically issue them a receipt? And the ticket?

    Hey Sarah,

    Thank you for reaching out to us! You can create manual orders to achieve what you want. If you are using Woocommerce, please follow these steps to create a manual order:

    • Head over to WooCommerce > Orders > Add New
    • Change the “Order status” to “Complete” and select a customer
    • Click on “Add items(s)” in the section below the order details
    • Click the “Add product(s)” button that displays
    • Search for the ticket you want to add to the order, then click the “Add” button
    • Click the “Recalculate” button at the bottom of the order
    • Click the “Create” button at the top of the order screen

    That will generate the order and send an email containing the ticket.
