MemberHi Peter,
Thanks for reaching out! If you’re looking to export the details of a single calendar event in iCal format, you can achieve this with both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO. Simply click on any calendar event to bring up the single event page, and you’ll find an iCal Export button between the event description and the event details pane. Clicking this button will download an ICS file of your single event, ready to be imported into the third-party application of your choice.
I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Miguel,
Thanks for reaching out! If you’re looking to open up your site’s calendar to submissions from multiple users, it sounds like our Community Events add-on might be just the solution you need. Adding this plugin to your existing setup with The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO will allow you to extend your event creation forms to front-end users while letting you manage and administrate submissions before anything is published to your site. You can read more about Community Events on the product page linked above! I’d be glad to answer any specific questions you might have about the plugin or how it might fit in to your site’s setup! 🙂
I hope that helps! Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if there’s anything else that I can do for you!

MemberHi Amber,
Thanks for reaching out! If you need to display multiple calendars with specific sets of events on your site, you can use the category functionality built into The Events Calendar to achieve this easily. Category views will display by default using the same view that the main calendar is set to, so it’s a great way to have multiple calendars with unique events on each one. You can see an example of a category-specific calendar on our WP Shindig demo site here!
If you’d like to go a step further and embed category-specific calendar views into specific posts or pages, the [tribe_events] shortcode available in Events Calendar PRO will let you do just that. You can read more about this shortcode and how to use it on our Knowledgebase here.
I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Tammy,
Thanks for reaching out! If you’re looking to hide past events from your calendar views, we’ve got a CSS snippet in our Knowledgebase that should prove helpful! You’ll find the snippet plus instructions and screenshots at the link below:

MemberHi Neil,
Thanks so much for stopping by and having a look at our plugins! As you’ve correctly noted here, you can use the additional fields functionality provided by Events Calendar PRO to add fields to be displayed on your Community Events form. If you’d like to hide the display of one or more on these fields on your actual events, this snippet should do the trick–simply add this bit of code to your theme’s functions.php file.

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions! 🙂

MemberHi there,
Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us here–I’m sorry to hear that you’ve encountered some issues with Event Tickets Plus and WPML on your site. While we’re happy to provide WPML support for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO, WPML support has not been fully implemented for Event Tickets or Event Tickets Plus at this time. There are a number of complex issues related to building this functionality into our plugins, and our development team is actively working to provide the most stable implementation of WPML support while still accommodating for future development and expansion. We think it’s a challenge worth spending some extra time on, and we hope you’ll agree that a solid build is worth the wait! 🙂
If you’re interested in keeping up with the status of WPML support as it relates to our plugins, you can always find the latest status on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wpml-support/
For now, if you’re experiencing issues on your site and need support, we’d be glad to assist you over in our Event Tickets Plus forum. Would you be so kind as to open a new thread there with the details of your problem? One of our support team members will follow up as soon as possible to begin troubleshooting with you!
Thanks, and we’ll see you over in the premium forums! 🙂

MemberHi there,
Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! I’m afraid that we don’t offer support for bookings of this type with any of our plugins, nor do we have any plans to add this functionality for the foreseeable future. I’m so sorry to disappoint. 🙁 You can read more about our decision on the UserVoice post for this feature request at the link below:
We do appreciate you considering our plugins for your project, and we hope that you’ll give us another look should your project needs change in the future! 🙂 Cheers, and thanks again for stopping by!

MemberHi Rebecca,
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
- If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
- If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product.
If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Vincenzo,
Thanks for your interest in Event Tickets Plus! While there’s no built-in functionality to set this type of limitation in our own plugin, by pairing Event Tickets Plus with WooCommerce for payment processing, you may be able to set this type of limitation. This forum thread provides a bit more information on how to set this up:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/limit-tickets-per-user/
Of course, you’ll want to ensure that ticket sales are limited to registered users only when using this method. You can set this preference in your plugin settings.
As far as cancellations are concerned, registered users who have set RSVPs can modify or cancel their RSVPs at any time by simply logging in to their account on your site. However, paid ticket orders cannot be cancelled by the user directly–they’ll need to contact you (or another site administrator) to ensure that the order is cancelled and payment is refunded manually.
I hope that helps to address some of your concerns here! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions! 🙂

MemberHi Topher,
Thanks for getting in touch! We don’t offer any demo or trial versions of our products at this time–rather than rely on restrictive methods such as feature-limited trial downloads, we’ve chosen to instead provide a full 30-day refund policy for all of our plugins. Feel free to deploy the full versions of our products on your site and test the complete range of features at your disposal! Should you encounter any issues, you’ll have ready access to our premium support services, and we’ll be glad to process a refund for any reason within your 30-day trial should you decide Events Calendar PRO isn’t right for you.
Regarding your budgetary needs here, if your organization lacks official nonprofit documentation but otherwise operates in a nonprofit/community capacity, we’d love to get some more information and see if we can assist in any way. Would you mind taking a moment to reach out to us via email? Please select the option “Help accessing my account” from the drop-down menu to display the full email form.
Thanks, and we’ll see you over in email! 🙂

MemberHi Steve,
Thanks so much for your interest in Community Events! While Community Events does not currently include built-in support for paid event submissions, we do plan to incorporate this functionality into a future product update. We don’t have an exact timeline for when this feature might be available, but you can follow our UserVoice page for this feature to keep up with the latest updates on its progress:
If this feature is critical to your planned project, you might consider enlisting the services of a third-party developer to add this functionality for you. We do maintain a list of third-party developers who work with our products and who would be glad to discuss the details of your project in greater depth!
I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks again for reaching out, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Carlos,
You’re welcome; I’m happy to assist! 🙂 Events Calendar PRO is installed alongside The Events Calendar rather than replacing it entirely, so all of your events and settings will be just where you left them–no need to redo anything at all. If you should decide to take the plunge with PRO and end up having any questions about how to get things set up, you’re more than welcome to open a new thread in our Events Calendar PRO support forum! One of our team members there will be glad to point you in the right direction.
Thanks again, and let me know if there’s anything else that I can do to help!

MemberHi Carlos,
Thanks for taking the time to reach out! If you need to schedule an event that repeats Monday through Friday each week but does not include weekends, you can use the recurring event functionality built into Events Calendar PRO to achieve this. Simply create an event and set the starting and ending dates for the first week, then click the Schedule multiple events button and set the repeat interval to Weekly. From there, it’s just a matter of choosing when your event series will end and publishing the event to your calendar! Our Knowledgebase article on recurring events provides a great rundown of the various options available to you with event series in PRO.
If you don’t have Events Calendar PRO but still need to set up an event in this manner, you can do the same thing with multiple single events. A number of post duplicator plugins exist that may make the process of creating multiple similar events much quicker–a quick WordPress.org plugin search should turn up several results. 🙂
I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

Until then, let us know if there’s anything else that we can do to assist!
