Can event calendar be used as booking tool?

I was wondering if the Event Calendar (either the free or the pro version) can be used as a booking tool?
For instance, I send a link to users through email and ask them to pick a time, once they choose a time, the next person should not be able to select that time period.

Is something like this possible with this plugin?

I’m afraid that we don’t offer support for bookings of this type with any of our plugins, nor do we have any plans to add this functionality for the foreseeable future.
