MemberHi there! Thanks for getting in touch!
I’m sorry to report that we don’t currently support multiple month views as a ready-made feature with The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO. If you’d be interested in implementing something like this as a custom solution for a particular project, we do maintain a list of developers who work with our product offerings and would be happy to discuss building something specific to your needs! Please note that we don’t have any direct affiliation with any of the listed providers; this list is simply a resource we like to provide to our customers in situations such as yours.
I hope that helps to address your question–and again, I’m sorry for the disappointment! Please don’t hesitate to reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with!

MemberHey there!
Thanks so much for the kind words–thrilled to hear The Events Calendar is working great for you! There is absolutely an option to list events with your blog posts, which you can read more about here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/listing-events-with-your-sites-blog-posts/
I hope that helps! If you should have any other questions relating to the free version of TEC, I encourage you to pay us a visit on our WordPress.org forums, where you’ll find plenty of resources for technical inquiries among the user community and our support team (including me)! This forum is typically reserved for pre-sales questions concerning our premium offerings, so we’re not as equipped to deal with current user issues here.
Thanks again, and happy blogging! 🙂

MemberHi there! Thanks so much for checking us out and taking a look at our plugin offerings–we’d love to help you out here!
If you’ll be using our Community Tickets plugin to power your ticket sales, you’ll be pleased to know that support for PayPal split payments is built in as an optional configuration setting. You can read more about how this works here, and you’ll find more detailed setup instructions at this Knowledgebase article (also linked within the above article).
Assuming your business operates from a single website, it sounds like a Personal license should fit your needs just fine, but we do offer a full 30-day window for exchanges or refunds if you should need to make any changes there!
I hope that helps to answer your questions! Please don’t hesitate to follow up with us if you should have any other concerns. Thanks again! 🙂

MemberHi there!
Thanks for following up with more information here! It looks like you’ve purchased a WooCommerce Tickets license from us previously–can you confirm that you’ve followed the instructions here to migrate from WooCommerce Tickets to Event Tickets Plus?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/
Let me know if you have any questions here! 🙂 Thanks!
Caroline
MemberHi again!
Absolutely! If you’d prefer not to use Eventbrite for ticket sales and management, our Event Tickets Plus plugin supports a variety of ecommerce platforms, including WooCommerce, Shopp, and more. Our Eventbrite Tickets plugin is just one of many options we provide for ticket sales, so you shouldn’t feel pressured to use it for the best experience!
Our events category functionality may be useful to you for creating pages to filter and display events–you can read more about it here.

Thanks, and let us know if you should have any more questions! 🙂

May 23, 2016 at 2:49 pm in reply to: Events Tickets Plus and WooCommerce Memberships integration #1117965Caroline
MemberHey! Thanks for stopping by and checking out our plugins–I’d be thrilled to help you out here! 🙂
While we’re unable to 100% guarantee perfect synergy between our products and any combination of WooCommerce extensions, you’re generally quite likely to have a good result! WooCommerce handles most of the transactional components of ticket sales without any outside interference from Event Tickets Plus, and we’ve had a number of users report using WooCommerce Memberships successfully in a similar setup to what you’re describing. You can read more about WooCommerce extensions and our plugins here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/compatibility-with-woocommerce-extensions/
I’d encourage you to consider purchasing and testing any plugins you’re unsure about to see how they might work with your particular site configuration! If you should encounter any issues, we’d be happy to assist with troubleshooting on our premium forums, and we do offer a full 30-day refund policy should things not work out for whatever reason.
I hope that helps! Thanks again–and please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything else we can do to assist!

MemberHey there! Lots of really good questions here–let me see if I can’t help to address your concerns with these! 🙂
- While we don’t have out-of-the-box support for generating name badges within Event Tickets or Event Tickets Plus, we do offer robust templating features that will let you hook into a variety of plugin templates for custom modifications. Our Themer’s Guide has more information on this; if you’d like to append a badge to each outgoing confirmation email, you’ll likely want to take a look at the tickets/email.php template file.
- We don’t currently support waitlisting functionality with any of our plugins, but you’re more than welcome to cast your vote to have this as a feature addition for a future product update! In the meantime, many of our customers have taken advantage of Event Tickets’ built-in “RSVP” functionality to generate a separate “Waitlist” ticket; you can read more about this potential solution at the provided link.
- Depending upon your needs, you may be able to add optional Attendee Information fields with Event Tickets Plus for orders that cover multiple persons. You can read more about the Attendee Information option here!
- This feature is slated for an upcoming release, but I’m afraid I can’t give you an estimate on how soon it will be available to our users! In the meantime, there are several third-party extensions available through WooCommerce that may accomplish what you’re looking to do. Reminder emails are already supported through Eventbrite, if you should decide to sell your tickets through that platform.
- If you’d like to have tickets reserved but paid for outside of the payment channels provided by WooCommerce or Eventbrite, you might consider setting up a custom “RSVP” ticket type for purchase orders so that customers purchasing this ticket type can be invoiced separately! You can even use global stock if needed to ensure that these tickets come from the same pool as other ticket types–this can be important if you’re capping the number of ticket sales per event.
- We don’t currently support direct invoicing through Event Tickets Plus; however, if your ticket sales are handled by WooCommerce, you may have success working with an invoicing extension developed for that plugin!
- This feature would be handled by the payment processor you’re pairing with Event Tickets Plus–both Eventbrite and WooCommerce support a variety of discount options, either out-of-the-box or through the use of extensions.
- We don’t have this functionality baked into our plugins, but this WooCommerce extension may work well for your needs! https://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-memberships/
I hope that helps a bit to convey what our plugins are capable of straight out of the box! If you have any concerns, please know that we do offer a great 30-day return policy on all of our premium offerings–you’re more than welcome to try as many of our products as you’d like, take advantage of our dedicated support resources, and evaluate our plugins directly for your clients’ needs. We hope you’ll find they’re a great fit for your purposes, but we’re happy to refund your purchase price at any time within our 30-day return window if it just doesn’t work out for whatever reason.
Thanks again for reaching out, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi there, and thanks for reaching out!
I’m so sorry to hear you’re having trouble with our plugins–we’d love to get you fixed up and back on the road ASAP. As this forum is dedicated exclusively to serving pre-sales inquiries, unfortunately we aren’t able to address technical support issues here, but we’d be thrilled to help out on our WordPress.org forums if you wouldn’t mind submitting a post there!

We hope to see you there! 🙂 Thanks again for getting in touch!

MemberHi there! Glad to have you here–thanks so much for taking a look at our plugins! 🙂
While The Events Calendar does not currently have a direct SQL import feature, we do support CSV import of various fields for both the free and PRO versions of the plugin; you may be able to export your database fields to CSV and import them this way! Depending on your server settings, however, it is possible that you may encounter timeout issues with importing such a large number of events. If you should encounter issues with the importer tool, you or your system administrator may need to temporarily adjust your server’s PHP settings to increase the maximum execution time for PHP queries. This should ensure that the server has enough time to process your requests before it hangs!
RSS feeds may also be able to be imported if properly converted to CSV, although this approach might require a bit more effort to execute! If you should choose to go this route, the documentation linked above should provide all the info you need to ensure that your fields are labeled properly for import.
Please know that if you should choose to try any of our premium plugins for your setup, we do offer a great refund policy on all of our paid offerings! You’re absolutely more than welcome to test our products as needed, make use of our dedicated support resources to troubleshoot any issues, and if you find things still aren’t quite working for you, we’d be happy to process a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
I hope that helps to address some of your questions! Please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other concerns–and thanks again!

MemberHi there! Welcome to the forums–happy to hear that you’re considering a purchase with us! You’ve got some great questions here, so let’s take it piece by piece. 🙂
- You can absolutely place event list widgets with a shortcode in Events Calendar PRO! We have a Knowledgebase article that details the various shortcodes available with PRO, including configuration options to customize the output of your widgets.
- Our Themer’s Guide details the options available for hooking into templates to add or change functionality there; you’ll want to take a look at the pro/widgets/list-widget.php file for any changes you’d like to make to the list widget packaged with PRO. From there, you can add links to Event Tickets Plus or Eventbrite Tickets or any other code you’d like!
I hope that helps to answer your questions! Please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other concerns–and thanks again!

MemberHey there! Thanks for the kind words–thrilled to hear you’re considering us for your next big project! 🙂
Great question! Our multi-site licenses are nearly functionally identical to our other licenses, with the addition of some multi-site administration features such as network activation, automatic updates for sub-sites, and the ability to restrict which plugin settings can be modified on sub-sites. You’ll also need multi-site if you intend to activate our plugins on 11 or more sub-sites, as our Agency license caps out at a maximum of 10 license activations per key.
You might find our Knowledgebase article on multi-site licenses to be helpful, as it includes a bit more information on usage of our different license products on multi-site networks!
If you should decide to upgrade to a multi-site license after testing our products on your site, we’d be happy to process a full refund for your original license, as long as it’s within 30 days of purchase. So no risk in trying whichever products you’d like–have at it!
I hope that helps! Please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi again!
Thanks for clarifying here–and yes, we’re definitely interested in hearing more about any issues our users might be having with our plugins! Unfortunately, we do need a bit more information to move forward with any user-submitted bug reports, and the WordPress.org forums are the best place to reach us with any technical issues relating to our free plugins! Our pre-sales forums are reserved for those with questions relating to the capabilities of our products, so we aren’t really equipped to address bug reports here.
I would make sure that you’re running the most up-to-date version of The Events Calendar (we just pushed an update yesterday), and if you haven’t already, I encourage you to follow our conflict-testing steps to ensure that you’ve isolated an issue that’s specific to our plugins! If the problem still persists, please do open a thread on WordPress.org so that we can take a look–we definitely want to be on top of any problems that might be affecting our users.
Thanks again!
