Thanks for clarifying here–and yes, we’re definitely interested in hearing more about any issues our users might be having with our plugins! Unfortunately, we do need a bit more information to move forward with any user-submitted bug reports, and the WordPress.org forums are the best place to reach us with any technical issues relating to our free plugins! Our pre-sales forums are reserved for those with questions relating to the capabilities of our products, so we aren’t really equipped to address bug reports here.
I would make sure that you’re running the most up-to-date version of The Events Calendar (we just pushed an update yesterday), and if you haven’t already, I encourage you to follow our conflict-testing steps to ensure that you’ve isolated an issue that’s specific to our plugins! If the problem still persists, please do open a thread on WordPress.org so that we can take a look–we definitely want to be on top of any problems that might be affecting our users.
