GuestI have a question regarding Events Tickets Plus.
First, I have bought plugins from you before, in the past and they were great (for client projects).
However, I want to do a multi-site project of my own. I’m not 100% sure that I can make work what I want to work. So, my idea, JUST FOR DEVELOPMENT is to purchase the Personal License just for trying out and testing in a multi-site environment to see if I can achieve what I want.
Then, if I CAN achieve it, I will gladly pay for the Multi-Site License. I wouldn’t want to go-live without support anyway.
So, my question is….
Are the multi-site plugin for Event Tickets Plus Identical to the personal plugin, except it doesn’t include support? Or are there some ‘extra’ management capabilities of the multi-site version? (if there are extra features, of course I have to start with the multi-site version to test with off the bat).
Secondly, if I go this route. If I can get the results that I want and I want to upgrade to the Multi-Site, would you in any way credit me the original $89 toward the cost of the Multi-Site Licenses?

Great question! Our multi-site licenses are nearly functionally identical to our other licenses, with the addition of some multi-site administration features such as network activation, automatic updates for sub-sites, and the ability to restrict which plugin settings can be modified on sub-sites. You’ll also need multi-site if you intend to activate our plugins on 11 or more sub-sites, as our Agency license caps out at a maximum of 10 license activations per key.
You might find our Knowledgebase article on multi-site licenses to be helpful, as it includes a bit more information on usage of our different license products on multi-site networks!
If you should decide to upgrade to a multi-site license after testing our products on your site, we’d be happy to process a full refund for your original license, as long as it’s within 30 days of purchase. So no risk in trying whichever products you’d like–have at it!

GuestThank you so much! Actually with that in mind, I’ll just purchase the Multi-Site license. I want to test with real-case scenario, and the activation features would be part of that.
