    Hi Richard,

Thanks for taking the time to follow up here! We don’t offer any demo or trial versions of our products at this time–rather than rely on restrictive methods such as feature-limited trial downloads, we’ve chosen to instead provide a full 30-day refund policy for all of our plugins. Feel free to deploy the full versions of our products on your site and test the complete range of features at your disposal! Should you encounter any issues, you’ll have ready access to our premium support services, and we’ll be glad to process a refund for any reason within your 30-day trial should you decide our plugins aren’t right for you.

Regarding full support for ticketing recurring events, I’m afraid that I’m not able to provide any kind of accurate timeline for when this feature might become available. I can assure you that this feature is in great demand, and our development team is hard at work on crafting a solid implementation for these users–we hope you’ll agree that a solid and bug-free feature addition is well worth the wait! 🙂

I hope that helps to answer your questions here! Thanks again, and let me know if there’s anything else that I can do to assist!

    Hi Linnea,

Thanks for reaching out–happy to help clarify this for you! Our keyword search, which functions as part of our core calendar plugin The Events Calendar, behaves in the same manner as a standard WordPress keyword search and searches for matching keywords within event titles, descriptions, and excerpts. Events Calendar PRO‘s location search employs a different search mechanic entirely, bypassing a keyword search in favor of a true location search based on Google Maps geolocation data for your event venues. 🙂

I hope that helps to clear things up a bit! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Richard,

Thanks for reaching out! You’ve got it right–past events are not purged once an event’s date has passed, and you can still access all of your event details and attendee information from the backend at any time. Until you manually remove that information, it will remain safely stored in your databases. You can also export your attendee information to another format if you’d like to retain a second copy somewhere! You can read more about how to do this on our Knowledgebase here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/#exporting-attendees

I hope that helps to address your concerns here! 🙂 Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for reaching out–happy to hear that you’re considering the use of our plugins for this set of projects! 🙂 Events Calendar PRO is built upon the base functionality of our core calendar product, The Events Calendar, and both of these plugins use the tribe_events custom post type for storing event data. If you’re having some trouble, you may wish to pose your question(s) to our WordPress.org support forums. Our support team makes regular passes to provide free support on this forum, and we have a sizable user community on hand to share tips and tricks, as well! Don’t hesitate to pay us a visit over there! 🙂

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Vytautas,

Thanks for getting in touch! If you’re looking to provide functionality for other event organizers to add events and sell tickets from your calendar, I’d suggest taking a look at our Community Manager Bundle for your site! This bundle includes licensing for Event Tickets Plus, Community Events, Community Tickets, and Filter Bar, all in one discounted bundle. With this combination of plugins plus The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO, you can invite your event organizers to submit their own events and sell tickets, while allowing your site administrators to retain full control over calendar and event management. Organizers will receive notifications automatically for their own events, and they’ll be able to log in and administrate their events as needed without having access to any other events or site settings. I’d be glad to answer any questions you might have about these plugins or how they might work for your needs here! 🙂

Regarding vouchers, since our ticketing plugins rely on the use of an added e-commerce plugin (such as WooCommerce) for payment processing and order management, vouchers are supported wherever they’re supported by the e-commerce plugin of your choice. You’ll want to refer to your e-commerce platform’s documentation for more information on this.

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Anna,

Thanks for reaching out! While we don’t offer any built-in integrations for Events Made Easy at this time, if your plugin’s events can be exported to one of our supported formats (such as CSV or ICS), you should be able to import those events using Event Aggregator. A third-party CSV export plugin may also be able to achieve this for you–it may be worth testing a few options for the CSV format, since CSV imports can be performed with the core version of The Events Calendar and do not require an Event Aggregator license.

Our “Other URL” import option is still officially in beta until further notice, though testing has confirmed it to be quite stable and functional in its current form! We’re continuing to make improvements to this feature and elsewhere within the plugin, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with any feedback or suggestions. We’ll be glad to provide solutions as best we can and pass any relevant comments along to our development team for further action. 🙂

I hope that helps! Thanks again for your interest, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Mike,

Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. It sounds like you may be using one of our optional plugin extensions to provide this PDF ticket functionality:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/view-print-download-pdf-tickets/

Would you mind taking a moment to open a new thread with the details of your issue over in our Extensions forum? (We recommend taking the time to read the sticky post at the top of the forum before submitting your new post, as it contains important information for our extensions users!) One of our support team members will be over to assist as soon as possible! 🙂

Thanks again, and we’ll see you there!

    Hi Andrew,

That’s correct, yes! Only Events Calendar PRO contains the event series functionality that allows users to quickly create recurring events of this type. And yes, you’ve got it exactly right–you can add as many dates as desired for your event by simply clicking the Add more events button for each date you’d like to add. We’re in the process of making some updates to our documentation to better clarify the steps for creating recurring events, so you may see some changes happening here soon! If you should have any questions in the meantime, we’ll be happy to provide any needed assistance over in our support forums! Please don’t hesitate to pay us a visit. 🙂

Let me know if that helps to clear things up or if you should have any other questions! Cheers, and thanks again!
