Will Past Events Remain on the Website

Using the ‘Events Tickets’ add-on I assume past events with attendee information will remain on the backend of the website indefinitely? This way I can always look up past attendee information at any time?

Just want to make sure past events and associated attendee information won’t be deleted unless I do it myself manually.

Hi Richard,

Thanks for reaching out! You’ve got it right–past events are not purged once an event’s date has passed, and you can still access all of your event details and attendee information from the backend at any time. Until you manually remove that information, it will remain safely stored in your databases. You can also export your attendee information to another format if you’d like to retain a second copy somewhere! You can read more about how to do this on our Knowledgebase here:
