    Hi Marissa,

Thanks so much for reaching out–and thanks so much for the kind words about our plugin! 🙂 I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. Our technical team would be more than happy to assist you on our WordPress.org support forum for The Events Calendar! Would you mind taking a moment to open a new thread with us there?

If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker!

Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

    Hi Jared,

Thanks for reaching out! You may purchase as many different licenses for the same product type as you’d like on a single account. Licenses of the same product type will be generated with unique license keys, and they will not overwrite each other or overlap in any way. You’ll see each license listed individually with its associated key when viewing the purchased keys for your account. 🙂

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions or concerns!

    Hi Aparna,

Thanks for reaching out! We’re still in the process of developing full support for recurring event tickets, so the functionality that currently exists in Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus is not yet complete. However, this combination may work for your stated needs: a ticket created for a recurring event will be applied to all events in the series. Registering for one event will also allow a user to attend any event in the series. It’s worth noting, though, that users will only be able to check in for one event in the series–after a user has checked in with a purchased ticket, they will not be able to use that ticket to check in again. This behavior may also change somewhat as full support for recurring event ticketing is rolled out in the coming months.

I hope that helps–please don’t hesitate to let us know if you should have any other questions here! Cheers, and thanks again!

    Hi Kara,

Thanks for reaching out! Our Event Aggregator tool can perform automatic imports from a number of sources, including iCal/ICS feeds, Google Calendar, and Facebook. If your version of Outlook is able to export to one of the listed formats, you should have no issues setting up automatic imports with Aggregator! If you’re not sure, I’d suggest referring to the documentation for your version of Outlook to see what options are available for exports and syncing.

I hope that helps to get you started here! Let me know if I can answer any other questions for you. Cheers, and thanks again!

    Hi Adam,

Thanks so much for your interest in our Community Events plugin! 🙂 While we don’t offer support for paid event submissions at this time, this functionality is currently being developed for a future product update! You can keep up with the progress of this feature on our UserVoice forum here:

    Hi Oscar,

Thanks for reaching out–happy to assist with these! It appears as though your license renewal was processed for the same Personal license key that you’ve requested to refund. As such, we’re unable to perform this refund without invalidating your renewal. Would you prefer to refund your renewal order instead, or is there another license key that you’re intending to renew at this time? If you can take a moment to send us a quick email, we’d be glad to sort this out for you there:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/contact/

Please select the option “Help accessing my account” from the drop-down menu to display the full email form.

If you’re looking to pick up new licensing for Event Aggregator, you can purchase a new license to be activated on your site at any time. You’ll find all of our licensing options for Event Aggregator on the following product page!

    https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/

Lastly, for the technical issue you’ve described, would you please open a new thread with the details of your problem, along with any troubleshooting steps you’ve attempted up to this point? We’re best equipped to assist when each thread is limited to a single question–if you have multiple inquiries for our support team, we ask that you please post each question in a separate thread in the appropriate forum section.

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if there’s anything else that we can do to assist!

    Hi Mary Anne,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! It does appear as though your nonprofit coupon was not applied properly to this order. I’ve gone ahead and reversed that charge, and you should see those funds returning to your account in no more than 5-10 business days. Your license has been restored to its proper status and expiration date, so you should be all set to begin using it now! 🙂

Thanks again, and let us know if there’s anything else that we can do to assist!

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out! While we don’t offer any pre-made bundles at this time with this exact configuration of products, we’d be more than glad to assist you with a quote for Multisite versions of our Importer Bundle (which contains Events Calendar PRO, Event Aggregator, and Filter Bar) and Event Tickets Plus. Would you mind reaching out to us via email with the details of your request? (Please select the option “Help accessing my account” from the drop-down menu to display the full email form.)

    Hi Candyce,

Thanks for reaching out! Happy to answer these questions for you! 🙂

    • Great question! By default, our registration forms request basic information such as name and email address from users, and billing information is requested where needed for payment processing. However, if you’d like to collect additional user details on a site-wide or per-event basis, you can achieve this with our attendee information features! You can read more about this functionality on our Knowledgebase here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
    • If you’re comfortable with taking on a bit of customization, our products are designed to be extremely flexible, and it’s possible to change the look, feel, or behavior of nearly any of our plugin templates with just a bit of editing. You’ll find a list of available templates (including our email templates) and some tips to get you started on our Themer’s Guide! https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
    • As Event Tickets Plus relies on third-party e-commerce plugins for payment processing and order management, how ticket proceeds are handled will depend upon your selected plugin and payment gateway(s). I’d suggest reviewing the available gateways for your e-commerce platform of choice to see which option(s) might make the most sense for you and your users!

Let me know if you should have any other questions or concerns here! Cheers, and thanks again!

    Hi Candyce,

Thanks so much for stopping by–happy to hear that you’re considering adding Event Tickets Plus to your site setup! 🙂 Payment processing and order management for Event Tickets Plus is handled by a separate e-commerce platform of your choice (either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads). When a ticket is created for a post, page, or event in Event Tickets Plus, an associated product will be created for your selected e-commerce platform. Coupons can then be set up for your ticket products using the usual coupon creation process for your platform of choice. You can learn more about creating and using coupons with our supported e-commerce platforms on the documentation for each platform:

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Ivan,

Thanks for following up! I’m afraid that none of our plugins support two-way syncing with Google Calendar at this time. If this functionality is essential to your intended setup, it may be worth considering other options for this particular project. 🙁

I’m so sorry to be the bearer of bad news here. We do appreciate your consideration and thank you for paying us a visit! Should your project needs take you elsewhere, we hope that we might have the opportunity to work with you on another very soon. Until then, please don’t hesitate to let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Ellen,

Thanks for reaching out! If you’re looking to edit any of the default templates that are used by our plugins, our Themer’s Guide should have all the info you need to get started! You’ll find that guide on our Knowledgebase here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

I hope that helps! If you should have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to log into your TheEventsCalendar.com account and submit a new post to our Events Calendar PRO forum. While we’re not able to provide in-depth assistance with customizations, we’re happy to try and point users in the right direction where we can. Don’t hesitate to pay us a visit! 🙂

    Cheers, and happy customizing!

    Hi Vanessa,

Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! Based on your stated needs here, I’d suggest giving our Community Manager Bundle a closer look. This bundle includes licensing for several of our most popular plugins for community-oriented sites, including Community Events (for allowing site visitors to submit events), Event Tickets Plus (for adding paid ticketing support), Community Tickets (for extending ticket options to your visitors), and Filter Bar (for extending your event filtering options). If you’d like to have the option to import events from other sites, as well, you can add on Event Aggregator for just a bit more. I’d be glad to answer any questions you might have about any of these plugins–let me know if I can help in any way! 🙂

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Thom,

Thanks for reaching out! While this functionality isn’t available as a built-in component of our plugins at this time, you may find the third-party plugin Event Calendar Newsletter to be an acceptable solution for this issue! If you’re interested in learning more, you can read about this plugin and its capabilities on their documentation here:

    https://eventcalendarnewsletter.com/docs/subscriptions-tec-mailchimp/

Please note that this plugin is not developed by us, and we are not affiliated with its creators in any way–that said, it’s a solution that’s well-liked by a number of our users, so we’re happy to share it in case it might be useful! 🙂

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!
