    We were recently given a non-profit code for our church to purchase Events Calendar PRO. Now under My Account it looks as though there was a charge. We’re not clear if the non-profit code was applied to the purchase when the order was processed this morning by Rev Mary Anne Harris?

    Hi Mary Anne,

    Thanks for reaching out, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! It does appear as though your nonprofit coupon was not applied properly to this order. I’ve gone ahead and reversed that charge, and you should see those funds returning to your account in no more than 5-10 business days. Your license has been restored to its proper status and expiration date, so you should be all set to begin using it now! 🙂
