We are thinking of using Event Tickets Plus for our training registrations. Is it possible to create coupons that participants can input if we are giving them a discount? (we’d send the specific code before they registered)

Thanks so much for stopping by–happy to hear that you’re considering adding Event Tickets Plus to your site setup! 🙂 Payment processing and order management for Event Tickets Plus is handled by a separate e-commerce platform of your choice (either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads). When a ticket is created for a post, page, or event in Event Tickets Plus, an associated product will be created for your selected e-commerce platform. Coupons can then be set up for your ticket products using the usual coupon creation process for your platform of choice. You can learn more about creating and using coupons with our supported e-commerce platforms on the documentation for each platform:
