Can we customize the purchase confirmation email that is sent to individuals?
How do we access the funds once registration for the event is closed?

- Great question! By default, our registration forms request basic information such as name and email address from users, and billing information is requested where needed for payment processing. However, if you’d like to collect additional user details on a site-wide or per-event basis, you can achieve this with our attendee information features! - If you’re comfortable with taking on a bit of customization, our products are designed to be extremely flexible, and it’s possible to change the look, feel, or behavior of nearly any of our plugin templates with just a bit of editing. - As Event Tickets Plus relies on third-party e-commerce plugins for payment processing and order management, how ticket proceeds are handled will depend upon your selected plugin and payment gateway(s). I’d suggest reviewing the available gateways for your e-commerce platform of choice to see which option(s) might make the most sense for you and your users!
