KeymasterHi Jordan,
Absolutely!
You can change this under Events > Settings > Display > Month view events per day (see screenshot). Let me know if that works for you!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
It looks like you have another thread for this issue. I’ll go ahead and close this one out and see you over in the previous thread!

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately we currently only have plugins that work with WordPress. Refund requests can be submitted through our request form here, but please note that refunds are typically limited to requests made within the first 30 days of purchase. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Alyson,
Thanks for reaching out!
How are you linking to the recurring event in the menu? Are you using the link to the original event (first occurrence) in the series? If so, a better approach might be to link to the “See All” page for the recurring event, which will show each of the upcoming events in the series. To do this, go to the event page and click “See All” (see screenshot). You can copy the link to that page into your menu, and this way it will always show the upcoming events in the series.
Regarding the element, I’m not too familiar with the Enfold theme, but if you could tell me which element you are using to display events by category (and send me a screenshot of its configuration if possible), I’ll be happy to see what I can recommend!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Gabriel,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
I’ll answer your questions one at a time:
1.1 Yes, with Event Tickets Plus, QR codes can be generated, which you can then scan to check attendees in at the event.
1.2 After the order has been completed, tickets are emailed to the buyer.
1.3 By default, tickets are fully electronic, so they can either be printed by the user and scanned or scanned from a phone. However, we do have an extension that allows you to easily view, print, and download tickets.
2 Sure! If you were selling tickets from a box office, you would have to enter the order in for the customer, and then you could either check them in right after completing the order, print the ticket to give to them, or have the ticket emailed to them for them to show at the door.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied with our products, so feel free to test them out! Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Jaap,
Thanks for reaching out!
When moving an attendee from one ticket to another, the stock actually needs to be adjusted manually (up on the ticket you moved the attendee from, and down on the ticket you moved the attendee to) – please see this guide for more info on moving tickets and attendees.
Regarding not being able to move an attendee back to the original event, I did some testing on my end, but was not able to reproduce this issue, as the original event was showing up in the list when I tried to move the attendee back. Could you please send me a screenshot of the ticket settings for the tickets you are trying to move the attendees to and from? If you haven’t done so already, testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins is a good troubleshooting step as well.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
Unfortunately, there is not currently an out of the box way to change this behavior (in the free version or in Pro), but it could be done via a customization. While we do not do customizations, our themer’s guide has some great info on customizing our plugins if you’d like to give it a shot! We are also happy to answer questions and help point our premium users in the right direction over in our premium support forums. Plus, we have a list of recommended developers if you’d like to get help with the code.
We do offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied with the products, so feel free to test them out! If you have any other questions, just let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi David,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
Eventbrite Tickets will let you import events from Eventbrite and also push events created in your own site into Eventbrite. On each event in your WordPress site, you can create tickets that are managed within the plugin, and/or Eventbrite tickets. If an event and its tickets are synced with Eventbrite, users will be able to see and click to purchase those tickets on your site, but they will then be directed to the Eventbrite event to complete the purchase. So if you have custom questions set up in Eventbrite for users to answer when they purchase tickets, they would see them during the purchasing process in Eventbrite.
We do offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied with our products, so feel free to test them out! Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Benjamin,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry for the delayed response – our forums have been a bit busier than usual lately!
I did some testing on my end and got the same thing…I see a few other users were able to resolve this by disabling the “Test Link Counter” option in Yoast. Could you give this a try and see if it works for you?
Thanks!

July 25, 2017 at 1:41 am in reply to: Using Featured Image in Pro or Basic creates a full page image on the Event #1325635Jennifer
KeymasterHi Bridget,
Thanks for sharing that link, but unfortunately it gives me a 404 ‘page not found’ error. However, I did some testing with the Avada theme, and while the featured images were displaying at the right size on my end, can you try adding the following under Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.single-tribe_events .tribe-events-event-image {
max-width: 700px !important;
}You can adjust the number up or down to see what fits best, but it should prevent the image from being full size.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Mark,
Thanks for purchasing those licenses!
It sounds like it is working as intended. By default, the event taxonomies are separate from the standard post taxonomies, so the categories/tags that show up on an event page would link to a page that show all events with that category/tag, but not any posts. It is possible to change this with a customization however. While we are not currently able to do customizations for you, we would be happy to point you in the right direction!
We do have an option that allows you to include events in the main blog loop, but the tags will still work the same way. I would also recommend taking a look at this post on event categories.
If you need any assistance with making changes, could you please post in our support forum (including a link to this thread) and the details on exactly how you’d like it to work, and we will see what we can recommend!
Thanks,
Jennifer
July 24, 2017 at 7:17 pm in reply to: Looking for a Calender/Reservation plug-in with specific needs #1325553Jennifer
KeymasterHi Daan,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
I’ll take the features you mentioned one at a time…
– WPML multi-language support (or embedded) (dutch / german / english)
We have a guide here outlining which of our plugins support WPML, and our plugins do also come with translations.
We have a few guides on translations that I would recommend taking a look at:
Changing the Language on Your Calendar
Translating The Events Calendar
How to Override Plugin Language Files
We are working on expanding WPML support, hopefully to be released later this year.
– Must be able to handle (future) payments via payment providers (ideal / sofort, etc.)
All payment processing is handled either through WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads, both of which are free third-party plugins. WooCommerce comes with several built-in payment options, such as PayPal and Stripe, and it looks like they have a premium plugin for iDeal, Sofort, and some other options.
– Reservation on special days only (meetings / events based)
For reservations, our free Event Tickets plugin has you covered. You can create multiple reservations (unpaid tickets essentially) for whichever events you need.
– Reserve based on available time in a calendar during the day of event, with extra/free field options
The best way to handle this would be to create multiple tickets (reservations) for the times you would like to allow people to register for – you can set a cap on the number available for each ticket. For adding custom fields that attendees need to fill out when reserving a ticket, you would need Event Tickets Plus (which also allows you to sell tickets on your site).
– Reserve without creating an account
Requiring users to be logged in to reserve/purchase tickets is an option that is available in both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus.
– Supported for Google Maps view of location of event
This is supported in the free and Pro versions. For each event, you can choose if you would like to display the Google map for the venue on the event page.
– If possible, have a time duration option, that is;
– Customer comes with X products and we then need Y time to handle/process it. The system should then be able to calculate how much time the customer has to reserve in the calendar (ie start time + processing time)
If I understand correctly, you want to make sure people can’t buy tickets so close to the event that they won’t be able to get them in time? If this is the case, you can set a “start sale” and “end sale” for each ticket that you create. There is not currently another kind of “timer” around allowing users to buy tickets or not. However, since WooCommerce/EDD handles checkout, this means that you can use plugins that work with the eCommerce platform you are using. So you could use a plugin like WooCommerce Cart Stock Reducer to “expire” items from the cart after a certain amount of time.
If that’s not what you mean, could you please clarify what you are looking for here?
– Processing of reservation and confirmation mail, reminder, etc. Multilingual.
Users will receive an order confirmation email (from your eCommerce platform) and an email with the tickets they reserved/purchased. Regarding reminder emails, they are not built in to the plugin, but you can set them up using a third party plugin (see this post for more information). Tickets are not currently supported with WPML (again, we hope to release further support for tickets later this year), but our translation files would apply to tickets. For emails coming from other plugins, you would need to set up translation there.
– 1 Event must be shown in multiple languages and also by NL / The customers can be booked.
Are you looking for one event to be displayed in multiple languages all on the same page? This is not supported out of the box, but could be achieved with a customization. We do not currently do customizations, but our themer’s guide has some great info on customizing our plugins if you’d like to give it a shot! We also have a list of recommended developers if you’d like to get help with the code.
I also want to mention that we do offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied with the products, so feel free to test them out!
If you have any more questions or need any clarification, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer
Jennifer
KeymasterHi Alyson,
Great news! There is actually a new plugin that allows you to color-code events based on their category!
Try downloading The Events Calendar Category Colors and see if that works for you!
Thanks,
Jennifer
