    Hi,

    When moving an attendee from 1 event to another the WooCommerce stock is not updated on both of the corresponding products. A second but is that it’s not possible to move back the attendee to it’s original event. It’s not available in the list.

    Please assist.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    When moving an attendee from one ticket to another, the stock actually needs to be adjusted manually (up on the ticket you moved the attendee from, and down on the ticket you moved the attendee to) – please see this guide for more info on moving tickets and attendees.

    Regarding not being able to move an attendee back to the original event, I did some testing on my end, but was not able to reproduce this issue, as the original event was showing up in the list when I tried to move the attendee back. Could you please send me a screenshot of the ticket settings for the tickets you are trying to move the attendees to and from? If you haven’t done so already, testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins is a good troubleshooting step as well.

    Hello Jennifer,

    Thanks for your reply. I know how to manually adjust the stock but it’s
    still a bug in the plugin right? This is something which should work
    automatically. Can this be addressed to the developers?

    Hi Jaap,

    It’s actually working the way it is intended to, so it is technically not a bug – however, I can see how this would be a handy feature. If you have a minute, would you mind posting this in our Feature Ideas forum? This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help plan future development efforts.

    The plugin could also be customized to adjust the stock automatically…we do not currently do customizations, but our themer’s guide has some great info on customizing our plugins if you’d like to give it a shot! We also have a list of recommended developers if you would like to get some help with the code.
