    Hello, I have some questions before buying the theme …
    1.1: When buying the ticket, is a code generated for the scan?
    1.2: If yes, how is the ticket sent to the buyer?
    1.3: Is it possible to print the ticket? Can it only take by cell phone?

    2: Is it possible to have a physical box office, where we generate and print the ticket on time?

    Thanks for checking out our plugins!

    I’ll answer your questions one at a time:

    1.1 Yes, with Event Tickets Plus, QR codes can be generated, which you can then scan to check attendees in at the event.

    1.2 After the order has been completed, tickets are emailed to the buyer.

    1.3 By default, tickets are fully electronic, so they can either be printed by the user and scanned or scanned from a phone. However, we do have an extension that allows you to easily view, print, and download tickets.

    2 Sure! If you were selling tickets from a box office, you would have to enter the order in for the customer, and then you could either check them in right after completing the order, print the ticket to give to them, or have the ticket emailed to them for them to show at the door.

    We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied with our products, so feel free to test them out! Please let me know if you have any other questions!
